Ferroelectric metal oxide crystalline particles are produced by first producing nanoparticles of a ferroelectric metal oxide and dispersing the nanoparticles in a gas phase. Then, the nanoparticles are processed by heat treatment with the nanoparticles being maintained in the gas phase in a dispersed state. The nanoparticles may be produced by using a laser ablation method. The ferroelectric metal oxide may have a perovskite crystal structure.

A liquid-suspended particle analyzer includes: a fine liquid droplet producing device for atomizing a liquid pumped from a sample container by a fixed-displacement pump to produce fine liquid droplets suspended in a carrier gas; an evaporator for evaporating the liquid parts of the fine liquid droplets to produce an aerosol of the carrier gas and particles suspended in the carrier gas; a differential mobility classifier for classifying the particles of the aerosol by particle size according to mobility; and a Faraday cup electrometer for counting the respective numbers of the particles of the particle groups classified by particle size by the differential mobility classifier so as to determine the respective particle concentrations of the groups. The fine liquid droplets producing device includes an electrospraying device adapted to convert the liquid supplied by the liquid supply device into charged fine liquid droplets; and an atomizer adapted to suspend the charged fine liquid droplets produced by the electrospraying device in the carrier gas.

A centralized power distribution unit for a vehicular thin brushless motor includes a plurality of bus bars, a resin insulation layer that covers the bus bars, and an insulating holder having a plurality of holding grooves that hold the bus bars. The bus bars are pre-bent in a thickness direction to be formed into a substantially annular shape. Each of the bus bars is provided correspondingly with a phase of the motor. The holding grooves are formed in parallel extending along a circumferential direction of the centralized power distribution unit. The bus bars are respectively inserted into the holding grooves, and are thus stacked in a radial direction of the centralized power distribution unit. The insulating holder and the bus bars are covered by the resin insulation layer.

Disclosed are a photosensitive resin composition containing a fullerene and a polymer compound bearing a functional group which can react with the fullerene under irradiation of visible light; method for forming negative-type picture elements comprising steps of: forming a layer composed of the above composition, irradiating the layer with visible light through a photo mask having a pattern transmitting the visible light as a part of the mask to cure portions of the layer irradiated by the visible light, and removing uncured portions of the layer to form a resist film having cured portions of the pattern: and a method for producing devices comprising steps of: forming a layer of the above composition on an image-forming layer provided on a substrate, irradiating the layer with visible light through a photo mask having a pattern transmitting the visible light as a part of the mask to cure portions of the layer irradiated by the visible light, removing uncured portions of the layer to form a resist film having cured portions of the pattern, etching exposed portions of the image-forming layer, and removing the resist film. The composition and methods of the present invention enable production of negative type picture elements and devices with light of visible range.

A fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine including a fuel tank having a resin liner. The fuel tank is constructed so as to withstand refueling of compressed gaseous fuel. Fuel filled in the fuel tank is supplied to the engine through a fuel supply passage. When the pressure within the fuel tank drops below a predetermined value, the supply of fuel to the engine is inhibited.
