The 3D measuring device includes a rotational supporting shaft, a supporting frame configured to support the supporting shaft, a beam irradiator arranged at the supporting shaft for irradiating beam of light onto an object, a capturer arranged at the supporting shaft to be at a distance from the beam irradiator and configured to capture the beam projected on the object, and at least one processor configured to control rotation of the supporting shaft and obtain a 3D shape of the object based on image information obtained by the capturer as the supporting shaft is rotated.

Heating cooker including three dimensional measuring device

A heating cooker including a case including a cooking chamber configured to receive an object to be heated, a door configured to open and close the cooking chamber of the case, a ventilation path provided to extend along a wall surface of the cooking chamber in a state of being partitioned from the cooking chamber, a detector installed in the inside of the ventilation path and including one or more sensors configured to detect information on the inside of the cooking chamber through one or more detection holes formed on the wall surface of the cooking chamber, a shutter installed in the inside of the ventilation path and configured to open and close the one or more detection holes, and a cooling fan configured to suck outside air and blow the outside air into the ventilation path so as to cool the detector and the shutter together.

Heating cooker

A heating cooker to manage surface and inside temperatures of food. A heating portion heats inside of a heating space where the food material is placed. At least one processor controls the heating portion to perform driving for high-temperature heating after performing driving for low-temperature heating. During the driving for low-temperature heating, the heating portion may heat the inside of the heating space such that an average increase velocity of a reference temperature of the food material is lower than an average increase velocity of the reference temperature of the food material during the driving for high-temperature heating. During the driving for high-temperature heating, the heating portion may heat the inside of the heating space such that an average increase velocity of the reference temperature of the food material is higher than the average increase velocity of the reference temperature of the food material during the driving for low-temperature heating.

Heating cooker and heating cooking method

Disclosed herein is useful as a stored object detector and a method of detecting stored objects configured to capture an image a movable storage portion, and objects stored in the storage portion, and configured to acquire storage information including at least one of position, size and quantity of the stored object based on the captured image. In addition, disclosed herein is a dishwasher configured to identify at least storage area of dish stored in a dish storage basket. It is possible to estimate a position of a basket, although the number of feature points is small. Therefore, when installing a detection indicator corresponding to the feature point, which is separated from the general configuration, to the basket, it is not required to install a large number of detection indicator, and thus it is possible to improve the appearance of the dishwasher. In addition, since it is possible to use the configuration that is generally installed in the basket, as the feature point, it is not required to additionally install the detection indicator and thus it is possible to improve the appearance of the dishwasher.

Disclosed herein are a refrigeration cycle device and three-way flow rate control valve. In a refrigeration cycle device including a compressor, first and second coolers configured to cool first and second storage compartments at least, respectively, and a mixer configured to mix refrigerants that have passed through the first and second coolers, a refrigerant flow path is switched so that refrigerants of first and second flow rates are circulated to the first and second coolers, respectively, while the first and second storage compartments are being cooled, and a refrigerant flow path is switched so that a refrigerant of a specific flow rate, which is smaller than a first flow rate but is not zero, is circulated to the first cooler after cooling of the first storage compartment is completed.

A refrigerator includes a storage chamber, an evaporator configured to cool the storage chamber, and an air passage through which cold air generated by the evaporator flows. The air passage includes a blower fan configured to blow the cold air to the storage chamber, and a trap part in which warm air generated by a defrosting operation stays, such that warm air generated by the defrosting operation is prevented from being introduced into the inner space of the refrigerator through the air passage. The refrigerator reduces the defrosting operation time, efficiently prevents increase of the inner temperature of the refrigerator due to warm air during the defrosting operation, reduces a temperature difference in inner temperature of the refrigerator, and prevents food stored in the refrigerator from being rotten due to a temperature change.

A polishing apparatus comprises a polishing table having a polishing surface and a top ring for holding a substrate to be polished, in which the substrate when held by the top ring is pressed against the polishing surface of the polishing table and thus polished. A capacitance type sensor and/or an eddy-current type sensor is disposed at one or more location(s) in the vicinity of the top ring. The capacitance type sensor detects escaping of the substrate to be polished based on a change in capacitance between the capacitance type sensor and a top surface of the polishing table. The eddy-current type sensor detects escaping of the substrate to be polished based on a change in electrical resistance between the eddy-current type sensor and the top surface of the polishing table.

Polishing apparatus

A polishing pad () has an upper-layer pad () having a hole () defined therein, a light-transmittable window () disposed in the hole () for allowing light to pass therethrough, and a lower-layer pad () disposed below the upper-layer pad () and having a light passage hole () defined therein which has substantially the same diameter as the hole () in the upper-layer pad (). A polishing apparatus has a polishing table having a polishing surface, a top ring for holding a workpiece to be polished and pressing the workpiece against the polishing surface on the polishing table, and a film thickness measuring device embedded in the polishing table. The film thickness measuring device includes a light source for applying light having a predetermined wavelength to a surface of the workpiece, a spectroscope for separating light reflected from the surface of the workpiece, and a charge coupled device array for capturing light separated by the spectroscope. The polishing apparatus also has a controller operable to analyze information captured by the charge coupled device array over the entire surface of the workpiece to obtain a film thickness at a desired point on the surface of the workpiece.

A polishing apparatus is used for polishing a substrate such as a semiconductor wafer, and has a sensor capable of continuously detecting the thickness of an electrically conductive layer. The polishing apparatus includes a polishing table having a polishing surface, and a top ring for holding and pressing the substrate against the polishing surface to polish the surface of the substrate.
