In a flow rate sensor, a resistance bridgedetects a change in a gas flow rate. A differential A/D converterconverts an analog signal output from the resistance bridgeinto a digital signal. A disconnection detection circuitdetects disconnection of bonding wiresthat connect the differential A/D converterand the resistance bridge. Flow rate sensor

A sensor device includes: a sensor data acquisition unit that acquires sensor data of a measurement target from a sensor; a sensor data analysis unit that analyzes the data acquired by the sensor data acquisition unit; an extraction data setting unit that sets extraction conditions indicating a part desired to be extracted from among all the sensor data; a specific condition extraction unit that extracts a part from among all the sensor data based on an analysis result and the extraction conditions; and a user interface unit that allows a user to input/output information. Further, the user interface unit includes simple condition setting means by which a simple condition being at least one or more of the extraction conditions among the extraction conditions can be set in the sensor data analysis unit, and detection result display means that displays data satisfying the simple condition in the sensor data analysis unit.

Sensor device, data acquisition method, and current monitoring system

A wireless endpoint provided in an automatic inspection system includes a sound collection unit that collects sounds produced by an inspection target, an analysis unit that analyzes the collected sound and obtains a degree of difference between the collected sound and a normal sound learned in advance as an analysis result, a wireless communication unit that wirelessly transmits data including the analysis result to a wireless base station, and a power supply unit that supplies power to the above units. The wireless base station manages the data received from the wireless endpoint. In response to a request from a monitoring terminal that monitors the status of the inspection target, the wireless base station transmits the analysis result retrieved from the data to the monitoring terminal. The monitoring terminal performs a process of disclosing a status of the inspection target determined from the analysis result.

Automatic inspection system

A monitoring system includes a plurality of sensor terminals installed for a target to be measured, a base station wirelessly communicating with the sensor terminals, and a calculator communicable with the base station. The sensor terminal includes a sensor element which acquires vibration information of a target to be measured, an arithmetic unit which performs an arithmetic operation for data including the vibration information of the sensor element, and a wireless communication unit. The arithmetic unit performs a reduction process for reducing an amount of data of the sensor element. The wireless communication unit transmits data processed by the arithmetic unit to the base station. After the transmitted data is received, the base station transmits it to the calculator. The calculator includes a signal processing unit. The signal processing unit complements the reduction-processed data to acquire vibration information, and averages the vibration information for a predetermined period of time.

Monitoring system and its method

A current detector and a detection unit are provided. The current detector is connected to at least one of drive current lines of a rotary machine. The detection unit performs an orthogonal detection on a main frequency detected by the current detector, and extracts a magnitude of a sideband wave. Then, a state of the rotary machine is diagnosed from the magnitude of the extracted sideband wave.

Rotary machine diagnostic system

A gas sensor capable of stably detecting a gas concentration with a high reliability even under a high temperature environment is provided. The gas sensor includes an element unit having a capacitance value changing in accordance with a gas concentration, an inductor forming a resonant circuit in cooperation with the element unit, a phase detection circuit detecting a phase difference between a standard frequency and a resonant frequency of the resonant circuit, and a feedback unit supplying, to the element unit, a voltage changing in accordance with the phase difference detected by the phase detection circuit. The capacitance value of the element unit is controlled by the voltage from the feedback unit so as to reduce the phase difference between the resonant frequency and the standard frequency, and a gas concentration detection output is output based on the phase difference.

Gas sensor

In an inertial sensor that includes an angular rate detection circuit having a structure synchronized with a resonant frequency of an angular rate detection element, an object thereof is to realize an angle output having high accuracy with less integration error in an integration circuit for detecting an angle. The inertial sensor includes an angular rate detection element chip Cthat has a mechanical structure for angular rate detection; and a signal processing LSI chip Cthat is angular rate detection circuit for detecting an angular rate from the angular rate detection element chip C. Inertial sensor

A water leak sensing system includes: a plurality of sensor terminals including a sensor installed in a pipeline of a water supply network; and a computer that senses a water leak from the pipeline based on detection signal data of the plurality of sensors of the plurality of sensor terminals, and outputs a result. The pipeline is either a first pipeline not covered by a pipe covering member (PE sleeve) or a second pipeline covered by the pipe covering member. The sensor can detect a signal at a first distance from a water leak point when the water leak occurs in the first pipeline, and detect a signal at a second distance, longer than the first distance, from the water leak point when the water leak occurs in the second pipeline.

Water leak sensing system and method

The present invention addresses the problem of providing an inertial force detection device with which it is possible to diagnose sensor output without hindrance even when a vehicle is traveling. In order to solve this problem, there is provided an inertial force detection device for measuring inertial force according to a displacement amount of an oscillating body, wherein a diagnosis voltage that is synchronous with an output command signal inputted from the outside is applied. Furthermore, the period over which the diagnosis voltage is applied is shorter, by a prescribed period, than a cycle of the output command signal. Furthermore, at least one of the period over which the diagnosis voltage is applied, the diagnosis voltage, a diagnosis threshold value, and a filter characteristic is varied according to the cycle of the output command signal.

Inertial force detection device

In a capacitance detection type sensor system, a sensitivity of the sensor system deteriorates because a low frequency noise typified by a 1/f noise cannot be separated in frequency from a signal band. A carrier wave used for capacity detection is modulated with two kinds of frequencies, sampled at a first modulation frequency, subjected to a C/V conversion, and synchronously detected at a second modulation frequency to obtain a signal.

Signal detection method for capacitance detection type sensor, MEMS sensor, and system

A manufacturing method of a MEMS sensor includes a step of, by irradiating a first hole formed in a second layer on a semiconductor substrate with a focused ion beam for a first predetermined time, forming a first sealing film, which seals the first hole, on the first hole, and a step of, by irradiating a second hole formed in the second layer with a focused ion beam for a second predetermined time, forming a second sealing film, which seals the second hole, on the second hole. At this time, each of the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time is a time in which thermal equilibrium of the second layer is maintainable, and the step of forming the first sealing film and the step of forming the second sealing film are performed repeatedly.

Manufacturing method of MEMS sensor

The invention achieves a lower noise of a sense signal of a FET-type hydrogen sensor. For solving the above problem, one aspect of a sensor system of the invention includes a reference device and a sensor device configured using FETs on a substrate, and further, well potentials of the reference device and the sensor device are electrically isolated from each other.

Provided is a device that, on the basis of a measurement result of a current that has a low value and a wide distribution, identifies the composition of biological molecules passing through a nanoparticle path. This biomolecule information analysis device obtains a current value by applying an electrical field to biomolecules passing through a gap between a first electrode and a second electrode, and identifies the structure of the biomolecules by integrating the current value and making a comparison with a reference value (see FIG.).

Since a nonvolatile RAM allows random reading and writing operations, an erasing mode is unnecessary. From the system side, however, it is desirable to have the erasing mode because of its nonvolatile characteristic. Moreover, the erasing operation is desirably carried out at high speed with low power consumption. Therefore, memory cell arrays COA and DTA containing a plurality of memory cells MC each having a magnetoresistive element are provided, a series of data is written to the memory cell arrays COA and DTA, and at the time of erasing, an erasing operation is carried out by writing predetermined data only to the memory cell array COA.

Semiconductor storage device and data processing method

There is provided a magnetic memory with using a magnetoresistive effect element of a spin-injection magnetization reversal type, in which a multi-value operation is possible and whose manufacturing and operation are simple. A preferred aim of this is solved by providing two or more magnetoresistive effect elements which are electrically connected in series to each other and by selecting one of the series-connected elements depending on a direction of a current carried in the series-connected elements, a magnitude thereof, and an order of the current thereof for performing the writing operation. For example, it is solved by differentiating plane area sizes of the respective magnetoresistive effect elements which have the same film structure from each other so as to differentiate resistance change amounts caused by respective magnetization reversal and threshold current values required for respective magnetization reversal from each other.
