A magnetic core member, an antenna module, and a portable communication terminal having this, which have a configuration capable of satisfying enhancement of communication characteristics of antenna coils as well as their sufficient electromagnetic shielding function from a shield plate. A magnetic core member () is disposed between an antenna substrate having antenna coils (), () formed therein and a conductive shield plate (), and is formed by filling an insulating material () with a magnetic powder (). The magnetic core member () has a two-layered structure including a first layer (A) and a second layer (B), thereby making a filling rate of the magnetic powder () in the first layer (A) be lower than that of the magnetic powder () in the second layer (B) so that a first surface () on a side opposed to the antenna substrate () and a second surface () on a side opposed to the shield plate () have magnetic properties different from each other.

A portable type information processing terminal device is provided which includes a substrate carrying a substantially annular antenna coil thereon, a signal processing integrated circuit element arranged inside the antenna coil, a magnetic plate arranged under the substrate and a metal plate arranged under the magnetic plate, which are integrally formed and arranged on one or more than one metal parts including a battery pack. The metal plate is used to substantially regulate the resonance frequency of the antenna coil so that it is allowed to be arranged in a cabinet of the portable device.

Portable type information processing terminal device

A magnetic transducer head employing magnetic alloys as a core material and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. A pair of core blocks made of magnetic alloys are bonded together by a glass to form an effective gap therebetween. A thin metal layer is formed on the surface of the core blocks which results in a transition layer of the metal accompanied with oxide of the metal between the core block and the glass upon heat treatment for glass bonding to strengthen the bonding.

Magnetic transducer head and method of manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing a ferrite magnetic transducer head is disclosed, in which two Mn - Zn ferrite core blocks are bonded together with glass material containing Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 and ZnO. By proper thermal treatment, homogeneous dispersion of fine precipitates of Zn - Fe - O is formed in the bonding glass.
