A medical training apparatus comprising an instrument holder with a medical instrument, a model patient body simulating a patient subject to medical treatment or examination, and an examination table on which the model patient body is placed. The medical training apparatus comprises a posture detection means for detecting the posture of the examination table, a medical instrument status detection means for detecting the working status of the medical instrument, an examination receiving status detection means for detecting the situation of the model patient body in medical treatment or examination, and a model patient body driving means housed in the model patient body. The model patient body driving means changes the facial or body expression of the model patient body, depending on combination of at least one of the posture detection signal output from the posture detection means and the medical instrument status detection signal output from the medical instrument status detection means, and the examination receiving status detection signal output from the examination receiving status detection means.

A system in which a plurality of spinning frames and a plurality of winders are connected by a common bobbin conveying passage, a circulating passage having a bobbin sensor is provided on a spinning bobbin supplying passage from the bobbin conveying passage to the winders, and a stopper is provided at an inlet of the circulating passage, the stopper being adapted to stop receiving bobbins when the number of passing bobbins per a predetermined time detected by the bobbin sensor exceeds a set value.

A medical panoramic radiographing device comprises in combination a mode selector which is used to select the panoramic radiographing mode, jaw joint radiographing mode and/or otolaryngological region radiographing mode, an X-ray irradiation timing determination means which is used to determine the X-ray irradiation timing appropriate to the rotation positon of a rotary arm in the sselected radiographing mode, and an X-ray film movement pattern determinator which is used to determine movement patterns regarding the movement timing, speed, etc. of an X-ray film depending on the selected radiographing mode. With this device, the X-ray irradiation timing values or the X-ray film movement timing values suited for various radiographing modes are set automatically to ensure systematic selection of various radiographing modes.

Medical panoramic radiographing device

A dental panoramic/cephalo X-ray photographing device being characterized in that an X-ray generator can be horizontally rotated by an electric drive means so that the X-ray irradiation axis of the X-ray generator is directed to a panoramic photographing cassette or a cephalo photographing cassette. With this device, selection between the panoramic and cephalo photographing modes can be done far quicker and more accurately than devices of the prior art.

Dental radiographic apparatus for photographing entire jaws

A patient positioning device in a medical panorama X-ray photographing apparatus in which after data of the relative position of the subject to the X-ray photographing apparatus supplied from a sensor is compared with data of the relative position of a tomographic zone to the X-ray photographing apparatus thus to produce comparison data which is in turn transmitted to a drive circuit, a tomograph forming assembly and/or the subject is moved from coinciding with each other. The device further includes a comparing arithmetic circuit in which the detected position data of the subject and position data of the tomographic zone are arithmetically compared in order to improve operatability and positioning accuracy. The device furthermore includes a sensor which is adjustable for angular and vertical setting with the use of sensing position changing means in order to improve adaptability to individualities of the subject.

A vertical movement and fixture device to be used for, for instance, a dental tomograph for photographing entire jaw including a vertical support having a vertical groove inside, a block base which is slidably fit in the groove and is fixed to a slider and a means for fixing and releasing the block base at any desired position in the groove, the means for fixing and releasing the base block comprising a horizontal shaft, a pair of links each one end of which is swingably connected to one end of the horizontal shaft respectively, a pair of brake shoes which are respectively secured to the other ends of the links, and an operation member which supports and vertically moves the other end of the horizontal shaft. According to the device, the block base can be firmly fixed to and released from the support simply by applying slight control force and the cost of the device is low since its construction is entirely mechanical. Therefore, the device of the present invention is far more advantageous than conventional devices.

X-Ray apparatus for dental whole jaw

This disclosure relates to an X-ray photographing apparatus both for photographing the entire jaws and for cephalographic use. The apparatus is constructed in such a manner that, in setting the generator in any direction either for cephalographic use or for use in photographing the entire jaws, the X-ray generator is automatically vertically rotated through a specified angle and is enabled to make simple and correct change in the direction of irradiation by providing the X-ray generator mounted horizontally and vertically rotatably at one end of a rotary arm with a sliding element, providing the arm with an inclined guide groove for guiding the element therein, and merely rotating the generator horizontally through a specified angle.
