Display device and head-up display

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compact and low-cost head-up display device capable of creating a sense of depth in a virtual image. This head-up display device includes a light-emitting device, a reflecting mirror, and a screen. The reflecting mirror includes two reflecting surfaces that are a first reflecting surface having a flat shape and a second reflecting surface having a curved shape. The screen is composed of a first screen through which the light reflected from the first reflecting surface passes, and a second screen through which the light reflected from the second reflecting surface passes. The first screen and the second screen are disposed so that the length of a first optical path in which the light emitted from the light-emitting device reaches the first screen is different from the length of a second optical path in which the light emitted from the light-emitting device reaches the second screen.

Head-up display device

The present invention is compact and inexpensive, has good light efficiency, and enables a display image having a plurality of display distances to be displayed. A display emits projection light for displaying a display image at a predetermined position, and an image formation position adjusting mirror receives the projection light emitted from the display, performs conversion into a plurality of first projection light and second projection light that have different image formation distances by changing the image formation distance of the projection light that is at least part of the incident projection light, and reflects the first projection light and the second projection light to project the first projection light and the second projection light onto a first screen and a second screen.

Projection device and head-up display device

The objective of the present invention is to provide a heads-up display device able to efficiently orient image light towards a viewer by means of a simple configuration. The heads-up display device is provided with: a projection unit that emits projection light depicting a display image; a first reflection unit and second reflection unit that reflect the projection light exiting the projection unit towards a transmissive screen; and the transmissive screen that outputs image light towards an observer by transmitting/scattering the projection light. By adjusting the angle of the light axis of the projection light entering the transmissive screen by rotating the first reflection unit and second reflection unit, the angle of the image light exiting the transmissive screen is adjusted.
