A solenoid valve incorporates a housing having an electric coil and a magnetic core built therein; a valve seat formed in the inside of the housing; a moving iron core adapted to be actuated by the electric coil and the magnetic core and having a valve member for opening/closing the valve seat; and a leaf spring fixed in the inside of the housing and adapted to warp at all times when the moving iron core acts. A flanged portion extends from the moving iron core in a direction perpendicular to the acting direction of the moving iron core and outward of the same. The flanged portion is provided with one face for causing the leaf spring to abut against the face of the moving iron core in the acting direction when the electric coil is energized.

Solenoid valve

A fuel-effusion prevention valve includes a first housing member having an evaporation passage, a first engaging portion and a first cylindrical portion, and a second housing member having a partition portion, a communicating passage, a second engaging portion and a second cylindrical portion. The first cylindrical portion is formed so as to extend axially from the first engaging portion, and its diameter is smaller than that of the second engaging portion. The second cylindrical portion is formed so as to extend axially from the second engaging portion. A floating valve is disposed in a chamber so as to be able to open and close the valve hole in response to its buoyancy due to fuel flowing into the second chamber through the communicating passage. The first cylindrical portion is fused with the second cylindrical portion. A circular seal member is fitted into an installation hole formed on the fuel tank and its inner hole is fitted onto the outer circumferential surface of the first cylindrical portion.

Fuel-effusion prevention valve

A two-port electromagnetic valve is disclosed. The electromagnetic valve incorporates a first port, a second port and a passage for communicating the first and second ports and a cylindrical bobbin having an electrical coil. A fixed core is arranged inside the cylindrical bobbin and has an inner space defined therein. A movable core is arranged near the fixed core. A valve is connected with the movable core for opening and closing the passage between both the ports. An insert member is arranged into the inner space of the fixed core.
