Power supply apparatus for sliding door

An electric connection box includes upper and lower cases which accommodate therein bus bars, an insulator for the bus bars, fuses, and first relays. A relay module mounted with second relays is accommodated in the upper and lower cases. The electric connection box includes the relay module, but is compact in size, light in weight, low-priced, and low in heat generation due to contact resistance.

A fuse connection box enabling efficient assembly without requiring a bag for protection of the terminal to be assembled in the housing, wherein the housing for attachment of fuses is divided into an input side housing in which an input side terminal of the end of the input side wire is assembled and an output side housing in which an output side terminal of the end of the output side wire is assembled, the input side housing and the output side housing have engagement portions with each other, and these are engaged to form a single housing able to have fuses attached to it. The fuse connection box can be assembled by separately assembling the input side terminal attached to the end of the input side wire into the input side housing and assembling the output side terminal attached to the end of the output side wire into the output side housing, then connecting the input side housing and output side housing. Therefore, the bag for protection of the terminal becomes unnecessary and assembly can be performed efficiently.

Fuse connection box and method for producing the same

This method includes punching a bus-bar pattern out of a conductive metal sheet. A bus bar terminal piece is punched out of the remaining material in the conductive metal sheet. An electrical connection is formed between the bus-bar pattern and the bus-bar terminal piece using male and female connections.

Method of manufacturing a bus-bar wiring board to reduce the amount of waste

An electrical connection box is comprised of a wiring base group constituted by a minimum number of wiring bases required to realize a wiring pattern suitable to specifications of the connection box. Each wring base includes a base body, wing portions provided on an outer periphery of the base body having end faces each formed with a coupling portion to which another wiring base of the same construction can be coupled, and guide portions integral with the wing portions and projecting circumferentially therefrom. In receiving a wire fed from a wiring head in a desired wire groove of the wing portions via a corresponding wire guide groove of the guide portions, the guide portion concerned prevents the wire from being dislocated from the wire groove, resulting in increased wiring speed, shortened wiring time and reduced manufacturing costs.

Wiring base and electrical connection box

An electrical connection box with a plurality of housings including those for a dark current provided therein. The fuse housing for a dark current comprises a connecting portion to which a fuse for a dark current is electrically connected, and an accommodating portion in which the fuses for a dark current are accommodated.

A bus-bar wiring board of the present invention comprises a bus-bar pattern for electric wiring formed to a predetermined shape and a bus-bar piece formed as a separate piece from the bus-bar pattern and electrically connected and secured to the bus-bar pattern. The pattern and the piece preferably are sheet metal. The pattern is bordered by a rectangular outline with a vacant space, and the piece is congruent with the vacant space. The pattern and the piece preferably are fastened by an interfitted projection and recess. The fastened combination extends outside of the outline.

Bus bar wiring board and method of producing the same

A bolt-tightened connector has a first half connector body and a second half connector body that fit together. A bolt is rotatably attached to the first half connector body. A nut is secured to the second half connector body. An approximately V-shaped single piece plate spring is attached at an intermediate region of the bolt inside the first half connector body. When the connector bodies are fit together, a screw portion of the bolt passes through the nut and the bolt freely turns. Also, the plate spring is compressed and a base end of the screw portion of the bolt is pulled toward the nut by the repulsion force. A harness fixing piece for restricting and securing the drawing direction of the wire harness may also be provided at the first half connector body and be secured to the harness fixing piece by taping.

An electrical connection container suitable for mounting in a vehicle etc., provided with a plurality of press-fit terminals provided with engagement projections bent in directions perpendicular to the plane including press-fitting portions, whereby the pitch between the terminal portions may be reduced while securing an insulating distance and therefore the electrical connection container can be made smaller. Wire pressing ribs are provided projecting out from the bottom surface of a subplate so as to press the wires and press-fit them in the press-fitting portions of the press-fitting portions, at which time the wire pressing ribs push the wires riding above the spaces between protective walls into the space between the protective walls and thereby ensure stability of the electrical connection while keeping the wires substantially straight. Further, wires press-fit to the wire press-fit portions of the press-fit terminals are cut for each of the circuits and then laid.

Electrical connection container

An electrical connection box has electronic components mounted therein and includes a heat pipe for radiating heat generated from the electronic components to the outside. The heat pipe has a heat absorbing portion inside the connection box and a heat radiating portion outside the connection box. The heat pipe is formed of an electrically conductive material, and an electrically conductive heat collecting member is provided for collecting the heat generated from the electronic components. The heat absorbing portion of the heat pipe is connected to the heat collecting member, and a grounding current is supplied to the heat pipe and the heat collecting member.
