A speed reducer capable of reliably reducing and changing speed while suppressing heat generation and abrasion includes: a plurality of gears rotatably supported on an output shaft; a shifter engageable with an engagement gear selected from the plurality of gears to couple the engagement gear to the output shaft; and a plurality of bushes disposed in an annular groove formed in the shifter to move the shifter to the engagement gear and thereby engage the shifter with the engagement gear; and a bush support supporting the plurality of bushes so as to allow them to swing individually.

Speed reducer capable of changing speed

Provided is a speed-switchable reduction gear including: an input shaft; an output shaft; a plurality of output-side geared-wheels mounted on the output shaft; a shifter for selecting the output-side geared-wheel to be used; a shifter-side first bearing and a non-shifter-side second bearing provided to each the output-side geared-wheel; and a plurality of dividing walls each provided in each cell between the first and second bearings. The output shaft has an axial lubricating-oil flow path and a plurality of supply flow paths. Each dividing wall divides each cell into a first cell adjacent to the first bearing and a second cell adjacent to the second bearing and allows lubricating oil to be supplied from the supply flow paths into the first and second cells so as to make pressure of lubricating oil in the first cell higher than that in the second cell.

Speed-switchable reduction gear

In order to highly precisely adjust a gap between a bearing and a gear rotor by a simple configuration, a gear pump of the present invention includes: a casing that includes an inlet and an outlet; a pair of gear rotors each of which is formed by integrating a gear portion with a shaft portion and which is disposed so as to engage with each other inside the casing; a bearing portion that supports the shaft portion so that the gear rotor is rotatable, the bearing portion being movable in the thrust direction of the gear rotor; and a gap adjustment unit that moves the bearing portion in the thrust direction so as to adjust a gap between the gear rotor and the bearing portion.

Gear pump and gear pump operating method

The present invention provides kneading/extruding equipment capable of stable operation by keeping the pressure of kneaded material before a first-stage gear pump in steady operation (molding) and preventing fluctuation of the pressure of kneaded material before the first-stage gear pump constant from largely affecting the pressure of kneaded material before a latter-stage gear pump at start-up or upon change of production rate, and thus capable of responding to an increase in production rate while securing a high-quality molded product, and an operation control method thereof. The kneading/extruding equipment comprises: a rotational speed feedback control unit for a first gear pump, which feedback-controls the rotational speed of the first gear pump, and a rotational speed feedforward control unit for a second gear pump, which feedforward-controls the rotational speed of the second gear pump.

Kneading/extruding equipment with feedforward control of latter stage pump

A die for an underwater cutting type pelletizer, the die including a die orifice part in which a thermoplastic resin is inhibited from solidifying within the die orifices. The die can have a reduced difference in temperature between the die orifice part and an inner periphery-side fixing part for fixing the die orifice part to a mixer/extruder, and can thereby inhibit the generation of thermal stress. The die is characterized by being equipped with a heating jacket for heating the inner periphery-side fixing part, the heating jacket being disposed within the inner periphery-side fixing part along an inner annular passage formed within either the die orifice part or the inner periphery-side fixing part or both along the boundary between the die orifice part and the inner periphery-side fixing part.

Die for underwater cutting type pelletizer

In a resin granulating apparatus of the present invention, a bracket extending in the outward radial direction over an outer peripheral surface of a sleeve is provided for the sleeve for rotatably supporting a cutter shaft of a cutter for shearing a material extruded from a die. Stopper means cooperating with the bracket to regulate movement of the sleeve toward the die and moving a regulation position in the axial direction is provided on the radially outer side over an outer diameter of the sleeve. With such a configuration, installation space is compactified so as to additionally provide the stopper means in the existing facilities, and a position of the cutter relative to a die surface is precisely adjusted so as to stably produce a pellet of a best shape.

Resin granulating apparatus

An underwater cutting pelletizer is disclosed wherein a water chamber is circular in plan, an inlet portion is formed on one side in a diametrical direction of the water chamber to introduce cooling water into the water chamber, and an outlet portion is formed on the other side in the diametrical direction of the water chamber to discharge the cooling water from the interior of the water chamber to the exterior, the inlet portion being in a divergent shape in an inflow direction of cooling water. The retention time of pellets in the interior of the water chamber can be made as short as possible.

In the cutter machine, the knives and a die plate come into contact with each other by a small press force of the knives, thereby enabling a satisfactory cutting to be obtained.

The bearing cooling device causes cooling media to flow into the interior of a journal bearing for supporting a shaft part by lubrication of high viscous fluid and the interior of the shaft part to cool the shaft part and the bearing At this time, cooling medium temperature of the bearing is set to be higher than cooling medium temperature of the shaft part It is constituted so that the cooling medium passes the cooling medium passage and thereafter passes the cooling medium passage internally of the bearing. A heated medium supply device for supplying a heated medium to each cooling medium passage may be provided. The bearing cooling device is used suitably for a gear pump.

Bearing and shaft cooling device

To provide a gear pump for carrying high viscous liquid, which keeps a bearing in a free state and enhances reliability relative to a leakage of cooling medium and a leakage of molten resins. The gear pump in which a pair of gear rotors are supported on a body of the gear pump through a bearing , a cover for preventing the bearing from being slipped out is secured to the body , and a temperature adjusting medium passage is formed in the bearing , wherein an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe to the temperature adjusting medium passage are connected to the axial outer end of the bearing , an intermediate plate is interposed between the axial outer end of the bearing and the cover , the intermediate plate being provided with an insert hole for the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe , the cover being provided with a guide portion having the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe loosely fitted therein to guide them to outside. Further, at least a part of the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe is formed from a flexible member.
