In the present invention, a seatbelt device is provided with: a seat state determination unit that determines the state of a seat; a movable support section that supports a seatbelt within a range of possible movement on a seat back; a movement mechanism that, with a motor, moves the movable support section within the range of possible movement; and a motor control unit that controls the motor in accordance with the usage state of the seat determined by the seat state determination unit. Due to this configuration, the position of the seatbelt is made optimal for an occupant, and the comfort of the occupant is thus improved.

Seat belt device

An occupant protection device is provided with: a table disposed at a position facing a seatback; and an airbag disposed in the table. The airbag deploys between the table and the upper body of an occupant sitting on the front surface of the seatback. Due to this configuration, in a vehicle provided with the table, the upper body of the occupant can be favorably protected.

Occupant protection device

An occupant protection apparatus includes a seat arrangement determination unit that determines the arrangement of seats and a collision determination unit that determines information about collision occurring to a vehicle. A deployment control unit deploys an airbag when the direction of the seat and the direction of the seat determined by the scat arrangement determination unit () are opposed to each other, and the direction of the collision determined by the collision determination unit is on the front side of the seat, or on the front side of the seat.
