A slider for slide fastener in which locking portions formed on a front surface of a first post portion and a rear surface of a second post portion and engaging pieces formed on inner surfaces of front and rear end portions of a substantially lateral C-shaped pull holding body are elastically engaged and fixed with each other, and at the same time, the pull holding body is fitted and fixed between support walls raised at right and left end edges of the first and second post portions, so that a holding force for the pull holding body in a back and forth direction, a right and left direction, an oblique direction, and an up and down direction against a strong force by operation of a pull is increased, thereby making a structure of the slider simple and economical and achieving miniaturization of the slider.

Slider for slide fastener

The present invention provides a waist adjusting device which allows reduction of the number of parts, an operating piece to exert its elastic performance accurately with respect to a slider body and a smooth engagement/disengagement operation. An adjusting belt has a plurality of adjusting protrusions provided on the surface thereof and a slider body has a through portion through which the adjusting belt is capable of being inserted to the right and left and further insertion holes in which an operating piece is inserted, provided on upper and lower portions of the slider body. Slope portions inclined outward are provided on both sides of the lower insertion hole. The operating piece has engaging protrusions on one face and elastic leg portions on both sides, provided integrally with a main body thereof. Ends of the elastic leg portion are brought into an elastic contact with the slope portions so that the operating piece is always urged upward so as to allow the adjusting protrusions and the engaging protrusions to engage with each other. By pressing the operating piece resisting an elastic force of the elastic leg portion, engagement between the adjusting protrusions and the engaging protrusions is released so as to adjust the length of the waist. When the operating piece is released, it is restored upward by an elastic force so that both the protrusions engage with each other. A prominent feature of this invention is that the operating piece can be moved smoothly by the slope portions and the elastic leg portions.

Waist adjusting device

A hook for clothes, wherein a male member is unlikely to escape from a female member when the male member engages with the female member and which can be attached on clothes easily by means of an automatic machine. More specifically, a hook for clothes comprising a female member, a male member and an attaching member, wherein the female member has an upheaved swollen portion at an end of its base plate; attaching holes in the upheaved portion; hook-shaped engaging pieces near the upheaved portion; the male member has a concave portion on a side face of its base plate allowing the engaging pieces to fix with play; an engaging protruded portion which engages the engaging piece provided at a rear end of the concave portion; attaching holes in the center of the base plate; the attaching member has attaching posts capable of being inserted into the attaching holes of the female and male members, provided on a face of its flat seat plate such that they are posted. The female and male members can be attached onto cloth by an automatic machine. When the male member is inserted into the female member and engaged therewith, the male member is prevented from escaping from the female member by the upheaved portion.

Hook for clothes

An object of the invention is to provide a waist adjusting device, in which the number of components is reduced, an assembly thereof is not necessary because of its simple structure so as to achieve reduction of production cost and the adjustment operation is very simple. An adjusting belt has a multiplicity of adjusting protrusions on the surface thereof and a slider has a through portion which the adjusting belt can be passed through in the right and left direction. Engaging protrusions which are capable of engaging the adjusting protrusions, when the adjusting belt is passed through an upper section of the through portion, are provided on both sides of an inner face of a through hole provided on a rear plate thereof. Attaching holes whose inner side is expanded are provided in a surface plate and a fixing device has two attaching posts, which are inserted into the attaching holes and fixed by crushing, at a rear face of a cap. Attaching posts are pierced into a waist belt and crushed in the attaching holes so as to fix the slider. After the slider is attached on the adjusting belt, the adjusting belt is attached to the waist belt. By moving the slider downward together with the waist belt, engagement therebetween is released. After adjustment is completed, the slider and waist belt are returned to their original positions.

In an attachment structure for attaching a fastener member to the wrist of a glove body, a first attachment is to be mounted on and along an open edge of the glove wrist and has a plurality of longitudinally arranged socket holes, and a second attachment is to be mounted on and along an edge of the fastener member and has a locking portion to be removably fitted in the respective socket holes to be engageable with a locking hole of the first attachment. The fastener member can be attached to the glove body by snap action as the locking portion of the second attachment is inserted into the respective socket hole of the first attachment.

Attachment structure for fastener member to sheet-like object

A cord retainer comprising an outer tube, a slide, and a plug. The slide has a cord insertion hole and a pair of legs. The outer tube has a pair of horizontal cord insertion holes and in its inside surface a number of guide grooves; some guide grooves have each an aligning engagement portion while the remaining guide grooves have each a holding engagement portion. The plug has a number of locking strips, some of which have each at its upper end an aligning projection and at its base a holding projection while the remaining locking strips have each at its upper end a holding projection. The plug further has a cam surface as an inside surface an insertion portion. In use, the plug is inserted into the tube from the lower end until each aligning projection comes into engagement with the respective aligning engagement portion, and the slide is inserted into the tube from the upper end until the hole of slide is aligned with the holes of the tube, facilitating threading a cord through the slide and the tube. With the cord inserted, if the plug is pushed up into the tube to be completely assembled, the legs come into contact with the cam surface to resiliently urge the slide upwardly to retain the cord. For adjusting the cord, the slide is pressed down.
