The generation unit is configured to generate layer information for each layer of a three-dimensional (3D) object from height information and color information, the height information including information on a three-dimensional position of each pixel of the 3D object, information on a diameter of a dot of build material for the pixel, and information on a gap from an ejection surface of a build unit when the build material for the pixel is to be ejected, the color information indicating a color of each pixel of the 3D object. The movement controller is configured to, when build material for a pixel indicated by the layer information is to be deposited, move the build unit to make a gap correspond to a diameter of a dot for the pixel.

An information processing device includes a corrector and a layer information generator. The corrector is configured to, when a three-dimensional image is to be built by depositing a build material based on height information indicating heights of the three-dimensional image on a per-pixel basis and based on color information indicating colors of the three-dimensional image on a per-pixel basis, correct the height information so that surface of the three-dimensional image is covered with the colors indicated by the color information. The layer information generator is configured to generate layer information indicating, on a per-layer basis, pixel layouts for building the three-dimensional image whose shape is corrected so that the surface of the three-dimensional image is covered with the colors indicated by the color information, based on the corrected height information and the color information.

A liquid ejection head includes a common-chamber formation member including a common chamber to supply liquid to pressure chambers communicating nozzles for ejecting liquid droplets, a flexible thin-film member to form part of a wall face of the common chamber, and a thin-film support member bonded to the thin-film member with glue. The support member has an opening or a recessed portion at least partially having a shape that is broad in an area proximal to a first surface of the support member bonded to the thin-film member and becomes narrower as an area of the opening or the recessed portion is more distant from the first surface. The opening or the recessed portion is sealed with the thin-film member. A portion of the thin-film member corresponding to the opening or the recessed portion has the glue on only a periphery area of the portion that contacts the support member.

The pressure regulation valve changes a fluid resistance of the internal channel of the pressure regulation valve in response to a flow amount of the liquid passing through the first channel member and, as liquid droplets are ejected from the nozzles, the liquid feed unit feeds the liquid from the liquid tank to the recording head with the recording head in communication with the liquid tank via the pressure regulation valve.
