A voltage conversion system includes a capacitive voltage converter including at least one flying capacitor and switches, a controller configured or programmed to perform switching operations of the switches, and a balance circuit to perform charge-and-discharge control of at least one flying capacitor such that the charge voltage of at least one flying capacitor matches a target charge voltage corresponding to an input voltage or an output voltage. The controller is configured or programmed to perform the switching operations of the switches when the charge voltage matches the target charge voltage.

Voltage conversion system, power converter system, and voltage conversion method

A structure includes a main substrate including a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, a power supply module on the main substrate, a socket in the main substrate, and one or more power supply wirings and one or more signal wirings extending in a thickness direction of the main substrate and penetrating the socket. Each of the one or more power supply wirings includes a first end on the first surface side and a second end on a side opposite to the first end. Each of the one or more signal wirings includes a third end to be electrically connected to an electronic component and a fourth end on a side opposite to the third end. The fourth end is electrically connected to a conductor pattern on the first surface.

Structure and structure with electronic component

A voltage converter includes a capacitive voltage conversion circuit to receive an input voltage, convert the input voltage into an output voltage, and output the output voltage. The voltage converter also includes an output capacitor, an inductor coupled in series between the capacitive voltage conversion circuit and the output capacitor, a voltage detector, and a controller. The capacitive voltage conversion circuit includes switches, at least one flying capacitor, and an intermediate capacitor at an output portion of the capacitive voltage conversion circuit. The voltage detector detects a voltage at a node that is a connection point of the intermediate capacitor and the inductor. The controller controls the switches to change between at least two states by comparing the result of voltage detection to a threshold.

Combined feedforward and feedback control of a switched capacitor converter

A DC-DC converter includes a capacitive power converter connected to a first terminal side, an LC circuit connected to a second terminal side and including an inductor and a second capacitor, and a control circuit that performs switching of a plurality of switch elements. The control circuit performs the switching at a switching frequency equal to or higher than a resonant frequency determined by the capacitance of the capacitive power converter and the capacitance and the inductance of the LC circuit, steps down an input DC voltage inputted to the first terminal, and outputs an output DC voltage from the second terminal.
