A speech server (SS) managing one or a plurality of pieces of speech terminal-specifying information (STSI) and user-specifying information (USI), each of pieces of STSI allowing a corresponding one of one or a plurality of speech terminals to be specified, USI being of a user who is capable of causing the corresponding one of the one or a plurality of speech terminals to output speech. The SS receives USI and transmit the one or a plurality of pieces of STSI associated with USI. The SS receives (i) STSI selected from the one or a plurality of pieces of STSI transmitted and (ii) speech information indicative of speech content to be outputted as speech. The SS instructs a speech terminal to output the speech content as speech, the speech terminal being identified among the one or a plurality of speech terminals by STSI received.

Provided is a radio receiver using a modulation scheme such as FSK or QPSK in which a transmission and reception frequency shift appears as DC offset in a demodulated signal, capable of increasing noise immunity while suppressing deterioration in sensitivity. A high-speed pull-in processing unitthat performs offset correction by subtracting a correction value Adj_DC obtained from transmission and reception frequency deviation from the demodulated (detected) signal and a low-speed pull-in processing unitthat feedbacks a correction value Adj_local(t) obtained from an average value of the demodulated (detected) signal to a local oscillatorare used in combination. The correction value Adj_DC for the high-speed pull-in processing is reduced over time by subtracting a correction amount Adj_Del(t) from the correction value Adj_DC and the feedback is performed, so that, as a result, the correction value Adj_DC for the high-speed pull-in processing is given to the low-speed pull-in processing. Accordingly, it is possible to increase noise immunity while suppressing deterioration in sensitivity in which the received signal is cut by a band-limiting filter.

Radio receiver and frequency correcting method therefor

In an FSK receiver according to the present invention, a correction operation for a DC offset component is performed based on a maximum value and a minimum value of a demodulation signal. If a difference between the maximum and minimum values is less than a predetermined threshold value TH, the correction operation is halted. Thus, the FSK receiver can rapidly perform an appropriate offset removal from a multi-level FSK signal.

A frame sync detecting circuit and FSK receiver sequentially derive a moving average value (&#x25a1;) from oversample values of a received word pattern, for given symbol periods, and a difference between the moving average value and an average value for the given symbol periods in a given sync word pattern is determined as DC offsets &#x394;f. Subsequently, the DC offset &#x394;f is subtracted from the received word pattern, and correlation processing with respect to the sync word pattern is performed to determine a correlation value (&#x25cf;). If the correlation value exceeds a predetermined threshold, it is determined that a sync word candidate has been received, and symbol values of the received word pattern after the DC offset correction are compared with respective symbol values of the sync word pattern. A sync word pattern detection is determined if errors in the symbols are within a given range.

Provided are a clock regeneration circuit and a receiver, wherein difference values (V, V, V) from an ideal value can be obtained for respective three sample data (T, T, T) which are obtained by oversampling a 4-level FSK demodulated signal at a higher frequency than that of a symbol clock and in which sample data (T) at a symbol point (P) is included at a median, and a sampling timing of the symbol point (P) is shifted toward a point where the sample data (T) having a smaller difference value is obtained, by a time corresponding to the difference value (V) at the symbol point. Thus, the clock regeneration circuit and the receiver are capable of regenerating a stable clock from multi-level modulated waves in a small calculation amount.

The present invention relates to a process of preparing a sandwich immunoassay of NAG, which comprises (1) reacting NAG with an immobilized anti-NAG monoclonal antibody and a labeled anti-NAG monoclonal antibody to form a complex of immobilized antibody-NAG-labeled antibody and (2) detecting the activity of said reacted and unreacted labeled anti-NAG antibody. This sandwich immunoassay is useful for diagnosis of renal disease, hepatitis, leukemia, and other such diseases. It also allows the direct and specific detection of NAG isozymes B and I in urine and blood.
