A waterproof component includes a housing body, a mat seal, mat seal cover, and an elastic ring. The housing body includes an attachment-hole-insertion portion having a mat-seal-accommodating chamber, an abutting portion to abut a first peripheral surface of the attachment hole, a locking claw provided on an insertion tip side of the attachment hole insertion portion, the locking claw to be locked to a second peripheral surface of the attachment hole, and a cover locking portion provided on an insertion tip side of the attachment-hole-insertion portion. The mat seal has an electric wire press-fitting hole. The mat-seal-accommodating chamber accommodates the mat seal. The mat seal cover locks to the cover-locking portion, the mat seal cover interposes the mat seal between the mat seal cover and a bottom wall of the mat-seal-accommodating chamber. The elastic ring is disposed on an outer periphery of the attachment-hole-insertion portion.

Waterproof component with wiring structure

A waterproof component includes a housing body, a mat seal, and a mat seal cover. The housing body includes an attachment-hole-insertion portion having a mat-seal-accommodating chamber, an abutting portion configured to abut a first peripheral surface of the attachment hole, a locking claw provided on an insertion tip side of the attachment hole insertion portion, the locking claw to he locked to a second peripheral surface of the attachment hole, and a cover locking portion provided on an insertion tip side of the attachment-hole-insertion portion. The mat seal has an electric wire press-fitting hole. The mat-seal-accommodating chamber accommodates the mat seal. The mat seal cover locks to the cover-locking portion, the mat seal cover interposes the mat seal between the mat seal cover and a bottom wall of the mat-seal-accommodating chamber. The mat seal cover includes an excessive-displacement-prevention wall, which prevents excessive elastic deformation of the locking claw.

A waterproof component includes a housing body, a mat seal, and a mat seal cover. A locking claw of the housing body is inserted in an attachment hole of a wall together with an attachment hole insertion portion and has an elastically deformable support wall and a claw portion formed at a tip of the support wall and protruding outward from an outer surface of the support wall. The mat seal cover includes a protection protrusion configured to prevent displacement of the support wall toward a direction other than a direction of an elastic deformation of the support wall for insertion of the claw portion in the attachment hole.

Waterproof component

A connector includes a housing, a plurality of terminals installed in the housing, and an aligning plate configured to be installed in the housing and having a plurality of positioning holes. The connector is configured to be mounted on a circuit board so that the terminals inserted into the positioning holes are inserted into the through holes of the circuit board. The aligning plate has a first face and a second face on the opposite side of the first face, the second face being opposed to the circuit board during mounting onto the circuit board. The aligning plate has a stepped shape including a plurality of faces being different in position in the mounting direction toward the circuit board on the first face. The aligning plate has a relief section provided on the second face.

Connector

A mounting structure includes a printed wiring board, a connector housing mounted on the printed wiring board, and a plurality of terminals retained by the connector housing. Tail surfaces of the plurality of terminals are respectively positioned opposite upper surfaces of a plurality of conductor patterns laid on the printed wiring board, and tails of the plurality of terminals are respectively soldered to the plurality of conductor patterns. The connector housing has a side surface provided with a plurality of grooves formed by partitions, and the tails of the plurality of terminals are respectively placed in the plurality of grooves, and a clearance is formed between a side surface of each tail of the plurality of terminals and a corresponding one of the partitions.

Mounting structure of terminal on printed wiring board

A connecting structure includes a flat circuit body, a slider that is attached to a vicinity of a distal end portion of the flat circuit body, and a connector which includes a slider containing portion and a terminal arrangement portion. When the slider is connected to the slider containing portion, conductors of the flat circuit body are electrically connected to the connection terminals of the terminal arrangement portion. The slider has a narrow width end portion whose width at the distal end is smaller than width of the flat circuit body so that side edges of the distal end of the flat circuit body are projected from the narrow width end portion. The slider containing portion has a positioning face which contacts with one of the side edges of the distal end of the flat circuit body.

A flat cable waterproofing connector includes a flat cable having an insulating covering part where conductor wires are covered with an insulating film, terminals bonded to the conductor wires, and a connector housing engaged with a mating connector so that the terminals are connected to terminals of the mating connector. The flat cable waterproofing connector further includes a resin mold part integrally molded on an end part in a longitudinal direction of the flat cable so as to cover a bonding part between the conductor wires and the terminals, and the resin mold part has a waterproofing mold part for covering the bonding part, and a holding mold part for covering the flat cable at a deeper side in the longitudinal direction of the flat cable than the waterproofing mold part.

A connector for a flat cable connecting a connection terminal part of a flat cable to an electronic device includes a housing, a terminal, and a lock member. The housing is fixed to the electronic device and is formed with an insertion part into which a flat cable is inserted and a flat cable accommodation space that continues from the insertion part to an inside of the housing. The terminal is aligned and disposed in the housing, is connected to a wiring terminal provided to the electronic device and is contact-connected to the connection terminal part of the flat cable when the flat cable is inserted into the flat cable accommodation space. The lock member is put on a backside of a surface of the housing facing the electronic device and is formed with a pair of flat cable holding parts engageable with locking holes.

Connector for flat cable

A flexible integrated wiring connector is used when a terminal portion of a flexible integrated wiring is inserted into and connected to a connector of a connection counterparty. The flexible integrated wiring connector includes a mounting surface on which the terminal portion is mounted; and a pair of engagement hooks which are formed respectively on both end sides of the mounting surface in a widthwise direction. The pair of engagement hooks engage with a pair of engagement holes which are bored respectively on both end sides of the terminal portion in the widthwise direction.

A waterproof connector includes a flat cable having an insulating sheath part in which a conductive wire is coated with an insulating film, a terminal connected to the conductive wire, and a connector housing fitted to a mating connector so as to connect the terminal to a mating terminal of the mating connector. The connector housing includes a mold part which is integrally formed with an end part in an extending direction of the flat cable and which covers a connecting part of the conductive wire and the terminal. The insulating sheath part has a pair of cut-out parts. The pair of cut-put parts are formed at positions which are covered with the connector housing and located at side end parts of the insulating sheath part opposed to each other in a transverse direction of the insulating sheath part.

Waterproof connector

A flat circuit connector includes a first connector which is resin molded at an end part of a flat circuit body and a second connector including a terminal. The first connector includes a block part made of resin and a flange part. The flange part is integrally formed at a rear side in a direction in which the block part is fitted. A projecting wall is provided on a surface of the flange part which is parallel to a main surface of the flat circuit body. The second connector includes a first peripheral wall with which the block part is fitted, and a second peripheral wall which is integrally formed at the rear side of the first peripheral wall. The second peripheral wall is formed with a cut part in which the projecting wall is fitted.

To provide a molding apparatus and a molding process which enable a primary product molded in a primary mold to be held in a secondary mold stably, so that the primary product may not be displaced by a synthetic resin material injected into the secondary mold. If a synthetic resin material is injected into a primary mold cavity 173 in a primary mold 85 into which molding protrusions 187 project, there is molded a primary product 340 having engaging holes 191 formed on its surface.
