Provided is a two-liquid distributing aerosol device separately storing two types of liquids to be separately stored, wherein the two types of liquids are separately distributed in a valve mechanism and mixed for use immediately before distribution or separately distributed for use without mixing. The device having first and second passages, formed separately from each other, each passage having an independent seal.

Two-liquid distributing aerosol device

It is an object of the invention to provide an injection nozzle that efficiently foams foamed aerosol content, thereby improving adhering ability onto applying part. Furthermore, facilitating the oxidization of the foamed aerosol content and improving the effectiveness of the foamed aerosol content. It is also an object of the invention to provide an aerosol injection nozzle for injecting the foamed aerosol content that the clogging is prevented even when the foamed aerosol content have a high viscosity with a simple constitution and in low cost. An aerosol injection nozzle according to the invention includes a collision wall for foamed aerosol content to be collided and interfusing with air, disposed at an injection outlets. The collision wall is disposed within a retention chamber for temporary retaining the foamed aerosol content. The aerosol injection nozzle includes an outflowing outlet for outflowing the foamed aerosol content at least at a lower side of an injection axis line between retention chamber and injection outlets.

A subdividing apparatus for aerosol container for aerosol contents includes a fixed amount chamber formed in an apparatus body disposed with a stem of the aerosol container, and a piston capable of pressing the aerosol contents introduced in the fixed amount chamber is slidably attached in the apparatus body. A subdividing nozzle that can spray the aerosol contents in the fixed amount chamber is formed as to connect with the apparatus body via a subdividing valve. With the subdividing apparatus, spraying in a fixed amount in a prescribed period can be done with multiple spraying operations from the subdividing nozzle to limit overuse of, e.g., medicines and cosmetics.

A double chamber aerosol container has a soft elastic inner sack, mounted within a metal container body, and a housing mounted to a top end of an inner periphery of the inner sack. The inner sack is in contact with special sized temporarily fitting portion as well as insertion contact portion of the housing to prevent the propellant from leaking out. Where an inner diameter of the top end of the inner periphery of the inner sack is 1, the outer diameter of an insertion contact portion of the housing is set to 1.02 to 0.98, the maximum outer diameter of the temporarily fitting portion is set to 0.97 to 0.95, the minimum outer diameter of the temporarily fitting portion is set to 0.94 to 0.88, and the minimum portion is formed below the maximum portion as well as the width in the up and down directions of the temporarily fitting portion is set to 0.19 to 0.10.

A double chamber aerosol container capable of filling contents in the container upon cutting off open air has an inner sack, whose volume is reducible according to reduction of contents, formed with temporarily engaging portions. A housing to which a valve assembly is arranged is inserted in the inner sack where the temporarily engaging portions are temporarily engaged with a ring-shaped neck portion of an outer container. After propellant is filled in a space between the inner sack 1 and the outer container during this temporarily engagement, the inner sack is inserted in the outer container to form the double chamber aerosol container.

Double chamber aerosol container and manufacturing method therefor

In a flow controller mounted in a valve assembly for aerosol container, a stem body and a piston are inserted in a housing of the valve assembly in placing a spring between the stem body and the piston. The piston is formed with a controlling sleeve at a bottom of which an introduction hole for flowing the aerosol contents is opened in the piston. The controlling sleeve can enter into an insertion space formed between a cylinder formed at the stem body and an insertion member. Inner and outer round passageways capable of communicating with one another, are formed between the inner round surface of the controlling sleeve and the outer round surface of the insertion member and between the outer round surface of the controlling sleeve and the inner round surface of the cylinder, respectively. The controlling sleeve enters into the insertion space and changes communication resistance against the aerosol contents' flow according to the pressure of the aerosol contents, thereby maintaining a spray rate from the beginning to the last minute of spraying operation, as well as rendering the flow of the aerosol contents smooth and stable in making the whole assembly compact.

Disclosed herein is a valve device for an aerosol container, comprising a housing the upper end of which is fixed to the interior of a lid, a partition wall arranged in the housing and provided with an insertion hole, an upper chamber provided above the partition wall, a lower chamber provided below the partition wall, a stem vertically movably installed in the upper chamber and provided with a pressing part at its lower end, the upper end of said stem being biased and projected outward from the lid through a stem gasket, a change-over valve vertically movably installed in the lower chamber facing the pressing part situated at the lower end of the stem, and a flow path for small spraying, which is made in the change-over valve and communicates the upper chamber with the lower chamber, wherein the change-over valve is pressed against and biased toward a valve seat provided on the lower surface of the partition wall, whereby the communication of the upper chamber with the lower chamber is cut off except for through the flow path for small spraying, and the insertion hole can be opened by pressing down the change-over valve by the stem.

Valve device for aerosol container

A double-walled aerosol spray container includes a hollow outer jacket and a flexible bag therein. A substance to be sprayed is held in the bag, while a propellant is charged into a space outside of the bag and within the jacket. The construction of the aerosol spray container helps ensure that the bag does not slip off during manufacture or use thereof. The bag includes a flange about its open end, and the flange abuts an inwardly projecting engagement ridge formed on a corresponding part of the jacket, preferably with an annular packing therebetween. The bag has a storage section that is thinner than the flange, and is easily deflatable or deformable. The aerosol spray container also includes a housing in which a spray valve mechanism is incorporated. The housing includes an inner frame that is inserted into the open end of the bag so that the bag is securely held between the jacket and the housing.

Effective application of enough of the contents of an aerosol container to carpets and floor coverings to give thorough extermination of insects and mites infesting such floor coverings is accomplished by the method of this invention, comprising the steps of leading the contents from a stem to an applicator part formed on a lateral side of the aerosol container and allowing the contents to exude from an application face of the applicator part. This method is worked advantageously by an application type aerosol apparatus which comprises an applicator prop disposed in the vertical direction on the outside of the aerosol container, having the applicator part fixed in the longitudinal direction on the outer surface thereof, having a guide chamber for the contents of the aerosol solution formed on the inner surface of the applicator part and a guide inlet communicating with the stem of the aerosol container connected to the applicator prop and adapted to enable the incoming contents to exude from the outer surface of the applicator prop.
