An article fixing device includes an adjustment mechanism, a protrusion, and a fastening bolt. The adjustment mechanism is joined to a side of a lower surface of the roof panel. The protrusion is provided integrally with the adjustment mechanism and fixes a roof rail. The fastening bolt fastens a support member to the adjustment mechanism. Further, the adjustment mechanism includes a fitting convex member provided integrally with the protrusion, a fitting concave member that that is able to be screwed into the fitting convex member, and a resin ring that is provided in the fitting concave member and that cooperates with rotation of the fastening bolt.

Article fixing device

A vehicle body side structure includes a side panel assembly and a floor assembly. The side panel assembly has a side sill outer panel part fixed to a side sill reinforcement member and a fastening nut provided on a rear end portion of the side sill reinforcement member. The floor assembly has a wheel arch reinforcement member fixed to an inner panel front portion and a collar interposed between the wheel arch reinforcement member and the inner panel front portion. The side panel assembly is assembled to the floor assembly by fastening a fastening bolt to the fastening nut.

Vehicle body side structure

The vehicle body upper structure includes a rear roof rail, a retractor, a webbing, and an anchor. The rear roof rail extends along a roof panel of the vehicle body. The retractor is housed inside the rear roof rail and is fixed to the rear roof rail with a first fastening bolt. For example, the webbing is pulled out in a pull-out direction orthogonal to an axis of the first fastening bolt. A through ring changes a stretching direction of the webbing that restrains an occupant with the webbing to have an acute angle with respect to the pull-out direction.

Vehicle body upper structure

An article fixation apparatus includes an article attachment member and a first seal material. The article attachment member includes a protrusion part which protrudes toward a vehicle outside via a penetration hole of a roof panel from a vehicle inside of the roof panel and which fixes an article and a head part seat surface that is joined to a lower surface side of a reinforcement member. The first seal material prevents water permeation to the vehicle inside of the roof panel from a gap between the penetration hole and the protrusion part.

Article fixation apparatus and article fixation structure assembly method

An article-fixing device includes an adjustment mechanism and a protruding portion. The adjustment mechanism is interposed between a first plate and a second plate and is joined to a lower surface side of the first plate. The protruding portion is provided integrally with the adjustment mechanism. The protruding portion fixes an article to an upper surface of the first plate.

Article-fixing device

A vehicle body side structure includes a side sill stiffener, a wheel arch reinforcement member, an inner panel and a bulkhead. The side sill stiffener has a side sill stiffener extension section extending from a rear end portion of the side sill toward behind and above in the vehicle body. The wheel arch reinforcement member is coupled to the side sill stiffener extension section. The inner panel is coupled to the wheel arch reinforcement member and forms a first closed cross section. A first bulkhead is coupled to the side sill stiffener extension section and the wheel arch reinforcement member and partitions the first closed cross section.

A vehicular roof structure has a roof side rail joined to a roof panel. The roof panel includes an inclined joining section, a vertical section and a horizontal joining section. The inclined joining section has an outer side portion of the roof panel that is bent inward in a vehicle width direction, and the roof side rail is joined thereto. The vertical section is provided on the inclined joining section on a rearward side of the vehicle body, and the outer side portion of the roof panel is bent vertically. The horizontal joining section protrudes outward from the vertical section in the vehicle width direction. A tail gate hinge is attached to the horizontal joining section.

Vehicular roof structure

A side panel structure (), including a side outer panel () provided on the vehicle exterior side, and a side inner panel () provided on the vehicle interior () side. The side outer panel () and the side inner panel () form, as a closed cross-section structure, a peripheral edge section forming door openings (). The side outer panel () comprises an inner frame () formed from a high-strength steel sheet having a high tensile strength, and an outer frame () provided to the outer periphery section () of the inner frame (). The outer frame () is formed from a low-strength steel sheet having a low tensile strength.

Side panel structure for vehicle

Left and right roof rails for supporting a roof panel include left and right inner rails; and left and right outer panels located on the outsides of the left and right inner rails in the width direction of the vehicle. Each of the outer panels is formed in a stepped shape and includes a stepped section at an intermediate stage and an upper outer flange at a lower stage. The upper outer flanges are joined to the upper surfaces of the associated inner rail. The left and right ends of the roof panel are joined to the stepped surfaces of the stepped sections by adhesion sections and temporarily securing sections. The temporarily securing sections are weld portions that provide temporary affixation until the adhesion sections can exhibit an adhesion force, and the temporarily securing sections are covered with filling agent layers that are filled into the stepped sections.

Vehicle roof structure

A vehicle body side part structure having high strength against a load in a frontal collision and a load in a side collision. A side panel outer member () is provided with a front pillar lower section () which is formed from a high-tensile steel sheet, a front pillar upper section () which is formed from a normal steel sheet, and a reinforcement member () which is disposed along the front pillar upper section. The upper end () of the front pillar lower section () is joined to the inner surface of the lower end () of the front pillar upper section. The front end () of the reinforcement member () is joined to the inner surface of the upper end () of the front pillar lower section.

Structure for side section of vehicle body

An arrangement structure of a vehicle door open-close device to automatically open and close a vehicle door by a driving force. The arrangement structure comprises of a roof member, a side member, and a gazette member. The roof member is provided on a door-opening area for constituting a ceiling member of a vehicle body. The side member is provided on the door-opening area for constituting a side portion of a vehicle body. The gazette member is provided on the door-opening area for being attached to the roof member and the side member so as to extend over the roof member and the side member. Furthermore, the vehicle door open-close device is ranged in a space surrounded by the roof member, the side member, and the gazette member.
