An inductor includes a coreless coil and terminals connected to end portions of the coreless coil. Positioning portions regulating the position of the coreless coil are formed at the terminals.

Coil device

Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that comprises a drum core including a winding core portion and a pair of flange portions provided at both ends of the winding core portion, and first and second wires wound around the winding core portion so as to form a pair-wire for each turn. The first and second wires includes one or a plurality of sparsely-wound portions in which the first and second wires are wound with adjacent pair-wires spaced from each other, and one or a plurality of closely-wound portions in which the first and second wires are wound with adjacent pair-wires in close contact with each other.

Common mode filter

A device includes a core having a first end and a second end, and first and second wires wound around the core, where the core has first, second, and third sections, the second section being arranged between the first and third sections. Each of the first and second wires includes an iturn located on the first section, a jturn located on the second section, and a kturn located on the third section. The iturn of the first wire is closer to the first end than the iturn of the second wire, the i&#x2212;1turn of the second wire is closer to the first end than the iturn of the first wire, and the i&#x2212;1turn of the first wire is closer to the first end than the i&#x2212;1turn of the second wire.

A device is provided that includes a core having a first end and a second end, and first and second wires wound around the core so as to cross each other on the core to form a cross point. The a winding structure of an iturn of the first and second wires counting from the cross point toward the first end, and a winding structure of an iturn of the first and second wires counting from the cross point toward the second end, are substantially symmetrical about the cross point.

A common mode filter includes a core, and first and second wires wound around the core. Each of the first and second wires includes at least i&#x2212;1turn, iturn, and i+1turn. The iturn of the first wire intersects with the iturn of the second wire without intersecting each of the i&#x2212;1and i+1turns of the second wire.
