An optical film according to an embodiment includes a substrate, a surface memberprovided on a front surface of the substrate, and an optical functional layerprovided on a back surface of the substrate. The optical functional layerincludes a low-refractive index layerand a high-refractive index layer, and an interface between the low-refractive index layerand the high-refractive index layerhas a recessed/protruding shape. The refractive index of the high-refractive index layer, the refractive index of the substrate, and the refractive index of the surface memberbecome smaller in this order.

An object is to provide a daylighting sheet which efficiently performs daylighting and in which, when the daylighting sheet is applied to a window of a building or the like, it is possible to see an outdoor side. The daylighting sheet includes a translucent base material layer; and a light deflection layer that is formed on the base material layer, and the light deflection layer includes: light transmission portions that are aligned along one surface of the base material layer so as to be able to transmit light, each of which including a groove at a portion being in a light entering side in a position where the light transmission portion is arranged in the opening portion of a building; and light deflection portions that are formed between the light transmission portions and filled with a material whose refractive index is lower than that of the light transmission portions.

A semi-transmissive reflection sheet is provided, including a first optical shape layer including unit optical shapes, and a second optical shape layer laminated on the first optical shape layer from a side of a surface formed by the unit optical shapes. The unit optical shape has a first surface that is inclined with respect to a light emergent side surface of the second optical shape layer. The light emergent side surface is opposed to the first optical shape layer. The unit optical shape also has a second surface that is not parallel to the light emergent side surface. A reflection layer that reflects at least a part of image light traveling in the semi-transmissive reflection sheet is provided on the first surface.

The daylighting sheet is formed by stacking a plurality of layers, the layers include: a translucent base material layer; and a light deflection layer that is formed on the base material layer, and the light deflection layer includes: light transmission portions that are aligned along one surface of the base material layer so as to be able to transmit light; and light deflection portions that are formed between the light transmission portions and deflect the light reaching the light deflection portions.

A reflection screen includes: a reflection layer provided on the back side and adapted to reflect light; and a surface shape layer provided on the reflection layer, at the image source side relative to the reflection screen, the surface shape layer having a plurality of unit optical shapes arrayed and deflecting image light toward the reflection layer side. The unit optical shape satisfies, in a section along the array direction of the unit optical shapes and orthogonal to a screen plane, the relationship of &#x3b1;+2&#x3c6;&#x2212;&#x3b8;&#x3e;90&#xb0;, where &#x3b8; is an angle that a total reflection surface makes with a plane parallel to the screen plane, &#x3c6; is an angle that an incidence surface makes with a normal direction to the screen plane, and &#x3b1; is an angle that light incident on the incidence surface makes with the normal direction to the screen plane.

There is provided a screen that, as a screen suitable for an interactive board, can output video image light incident obliquely from the back surface side to a viewer side to display a reflection-free image and, at the same time, can realize easy handwriting on the screen surface on the viewer side. To this end, a transmission screen for an interactive board is provided that comprises at least a Fresnel lens sheet comprising a prism part on its incident light side, a light diffusing member provided on the Fresnel lens on its surface side remote from the prism part, and a hard coat layer provided on the outgoing light side of the light diffusing member.

The treated fiber is useful as a reinforcing material for a fiber reinforced composite.

In a tubular structure for forming a fishing rod, an amorphous metal long fiber tape is spirally or crosswise wound on a prepreg sheet tube with a predetermined pitch, not being overlapped in each turn, so that the prepreg sheet and the amorphous long fiber tape are joined together with high adherence, whereby its twisting strength, collapsing strength and bending strength are improved.
