A control device of the present disclosure includes a receiver configured to receive a function enabling signal transmitted from a portable machine used to manipulate a vehicle, a determination unit configured to measure a predetermined time since the receiver receives the function enabling signal and determine whether the predetermined time elapses, and an opening and closing body controller configured to control opening and closing of an opening and closing body of the vehicle. The opening and closing body controller controls an opening operation of the opening and closing body based on user's action detected by a sensor, which is provided in or around the opening and closing body to detect the user's action, before the determination unit determines that the predetermined time elapses and after the receiver receives the function enabling signal from the portable machine.

Control device and control system

A portable machine of the disclosure includes: a manipulation unit configured to receive a manipulation for a vehicle; a transmitter configured to transmit a function enabling signal to a control device based on the manipulation of the manipulation unit, the control device being configured to control opening and closing of an opening and closing body of the vehicle; and a display configured to display information. The display displays a remaining time of a predetermined time after the transmitter transmits the function enabling signal. The control device controls an opening operation of the opening and closing body based on user's action that is detected by a sensor within the predetermined time after the function enabling signal is received, the sensor being provided in or around the opening and closing body to detect the user's action.

Portable machine and control system

In a remote control device for a vehicle including: a portable transmitter configured to repeatedly transmit a signal for giving an instruction to activate an activation device mounted in a vehicle, in response to an operation of a manipulator which is performed continuously for a predetermined time or more; and a vehicle-side receiver provided in the vehicle to activate the activation device based on the signal transmitted from the portable transmitter, the portable transmitter transmits a first signal including a data frame having at least an ID code, a function code determining an action of the activation device, and a first error detection code and then repeatedly transmits a second signal, and a data frame of the second signal having the same function code as that of the first signal and a second error detection code generated based on the function code and the data frame of the first signal.

Remote control device for an activation device mounted in a vehicle

A communication system has a first communication device, and a second communication device that conducts wireless communication the first communication device. The first communication device has a first transmitter that transmits a signal to the second communication device while modulating the signal, and a first transmission controller that controls the first transmitter. The second communication device has a first receiver that receives the signal from the first communication device and demodulates the received signal. The first transmission controller performs control so as to change a modulation method in midstream when a predetermined first signal is modulated and transmitted. The first receiver changes a demodulation method according to the change of the modulation method of the first signal in midstream when the first signal is received and demodulated.
