A user equipment (UE) is described. Receiving circuitry receives first information and second information. Monitoring circuitry monitors downlink control information (DCI) carried by a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The first information indicates information to configure a first control resource set (CORESET) pool and a second CORESET pool. The second information indicates information on a first transmission configuration indication (TCI) state for CORESETs associated with the first CORESET pool and a TCI state for CORESETs associated the second CORESET pool. The DCI carried by a first PDCCH is monitored by a CORESET associated with the first CORESET pool. The DCI carried by a second PDCCH is monitored by a CORESET associated with the second CORESET pool.

A method for a first UE to perform sidelink communication with a second UE is provided. The method receives a first resource set from a cell to establish a first sidelink channel with the second UE, the first resource set indicating at least a first distance between the first and second UEs. The method establishes the first sidelink channel with the second UE based on the first resource set and transmits a set of parameters associated with the first sidelink channel to the cell. The method also sets a first timer based on at least the first distance, the first timer for determining when to establish a second sidelink channel with the second UE. When the first timer is expired and no second resource set is received from the cell, the method establishes the second sidelink channel with the second UE based on the first resource set.

Determining periodicity of sidelink communications within the network coverage

A user equipment (UE) is described. Higher layer circuitry is configured to receive information to configure a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition. Receiving circuitry is configured to receive downlink control information (DCI) on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). Transmitting circuitry is configured to transmit a PUSCH. A redundancy version field in the DCI indicates a pattern of redundancy versions for each repetition. A sounding reference signal index (SRI) field indicates a pattern of sounding reference signal indexes for each repetition.

The one bit of the UL-SCH indicator is used for indicating whether or not UL-SCH is transmitted on the PUSCH. The more than one bits of the UL-SCH indicator are used for indicating whether or not UCI is transmitted on the PUSCH.

In one of the example aspects, the technology disclosed herein concerns an Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) node that communicates over a radio interface. The IAB node includes mobile-termination circuitry, distributed unit circuitry, and processor circuitry. The mobile-termination circuitry is configured to transmit over the radio interface with a parent node. The distributed unit circuitry is configured to transmit over the radio interface with a child node. The processor circuitry is configured to manage the transmission power utilized by the IAB node by taking into consideration both transmission by the mobile-termination circuitry and transmission by the distributed unit circuitry. Other example aspects of the technology disclosed herein concern the transmission power reporting by such IAB node, transmission power prioritization by such IAB node, transmission power governance for the distributed unit circuitry for such IAB node, and a method of operating such IAB node(s).

The UE includes higher layer circuitry configured to receive information including more than one transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. The UE also includes medium access control (MAC) circuitry configured to receive a first MAC control element (CE) and a second MAC CE. The UE further includes reception circuitry configured to receive first downlink control information (DCI) on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), and second DCI on a PDCCH. The first MAC CE selects one of more TCI states from the more than one TCI states and maps the selected one or more TCI states to the codepoints of a TCI field in the second DCI. The higher layer processor is also configured to determine multiplexing of both URLLC UCI and eMBB UCI on the eMBB PUSCH, where the URLLC UCI starts immediately after a first set of demodulation reference symbols (DMRS) in the eMBB PUSCH. The UE also includes transmitting circuitry configured to perform the multiplexing of the URLLC UCI and the eMBB UCI jointly on the eMBB PUSCH.

A user equipment (UE) is described. The UE includes transmitting circuitry configured to transmit a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). In a case that a number of bits for downlink control information (DCI) used for indicating an index of an uplink antenna port(s) is more than 1 bit, the DMRS for the PUSCH is transmitted using the index of an uplink antenna port(s) indicated by using the DCI used for indicating the index of the uplink antenna port(s).
