An Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) node comprises a set of plural communication circuitries. The distributed unit circuitry is configured to transmit over the radio interface with a child node. The processor circuitry is configured to manage the transmission power utilized by the IAB node by taking into consideration both transmission by the mobile-termination circuitry and transmission by the distributed unit circuitry. The UE includes higher layer circuitry configured to receive information including more than one transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. The UE also includes medium access control (MAC) circuitry configured to receive a first MAC control element (CE) and a second MAC CE.
