A mined material transport vehicle includes: a vehicle main body capable of moving forward and rearward; and a loading platform provided on the vehicle main body, wherein the loading platform includes: a conveyor provided on the vehicle main body and having a conveying surface capable of conveying a mined material in a conveying direction extending in a forward-rearward directions; a pair of movable flaps that extend in the conveying direction on both sides in a vehicle width direction of the conveying surface, form a storage space together with the conveying surface, and are rotatable about lateral axial lines extending in the conveying direction; and lateral cylinders for rotating the movable flaps about the lateral axial lines.

Mined material transport vehicle

A mining system includes: a first tunnel that reaches a dump site and includes a first road surface; a second tunnel that crosses the first tunnel, reaches a mining site, and includes a second road surface positioned above the first road surface; a frame that includes a lower surface provided above the first road surface of the first tunnel and forming a transport passage between the first road surface and the lower surface and an upper surface forming a work road surface, on which a loading machine operates, together with the second road surface; and a moving vehicle that is capable of traveling on the first road surface and is capable of passing through the transport passage.

Mining system

Provided is a tunnel boring machine that can detect a wear condition of a disc cutter with a highly reliable configuration. The tunnel boring machine includes a measurement device. The measurement device is disposed behind the disc cutter mounted on a cutter head. The measurement device has a function as an acquisition unit that acquires cutting edge position data indicating a position of a cutting edge part of a cutter ring in the disc cutter. The tunnel boring machine further includes a DC discrimination unit that discriminates which one of a plurality of disc cutters is the disc cutter the cutting edge position data of which is acquired by the measurement device and a wear amount calculator that calculates a wear amount of the cutting edge part of the discriminated disc cutter.

Tunnel boring machine

An excavation machine includes a detector detecting a state of an object to be excavated, a storage storing a plurality of pieces of excavation information in which a state of a first portion before excavated by a learning excavation device, and a first operation of when the learning excavation device excavates the first portion are associated with each other, and a processor including an estimation unit obtaining a state of a second portion intended to be excavated, the state having been detected by the detector, an operation determining unit selecting the state of the first portion corresponding to the state of the obtained second portion, from among the states of the first portions of the excavation information, and determining the first operation corresponding to the selected state, as a second operation of when excavating the second portion, and an excavation controller operating an excavation device with the second operation.

Excavation machine, method for controlling excavation machine, and excavation system

A mine management system to mine ore in a mine including a mining area, and a second mine shaft connecting the mining area and a first mine shaft, the mine management system includes: a transporting machine loading the ore mined in the mining area and transporting the ore to a soil discharge area while traveling in the first mine shaft; a loading machine staying in the second mine shaft while a space for the transporting machine to travel therein is left inside the first mine shaft, excavating the ore in the mining area, conveying the mined ore from the mining area in an opposite direction, and loading the ore on the transporting machine; and a management device determining the mining area toward which the transporting machine is directed so that an operability of the loading machine becomes maximal or an operability of the transporting machine becomes maximal.

A mine mining system mining ore from a vein in a mine including a mining area provided inside an ore body, a first mine shaft provided inside the ore body, and a second mine shaft connecting the mining area and the first mine shaft to each other, the mine mining system includes: a transporting machine which loads the ore mined in the mining area and transports the ore to a soil discharge area while traveling in the first mine shaft; and a loading machine which stays in the second mine shaft, excavates the ore in the mining area, conveys the excavated ore in a direction moving away from the mining area, and loads the ore on the transporting machine.

Mine mining system

A mine management system includes a carrying machine that is loaded with ore and travels from a mining area to an earth removal area in underground of a mine, a loading machine that mines ore in the mining area and loads the ore onto the carrying machine, and a management device that sets a work mode in the underground based on an input signal, and changes a work parameter of the carrying machine and a work parameter of the loading machine.

A transport machine is provided with a traveling device, a vehicle body, a vessel, a support device and a load detection device. At least a portion of the vehicle body is arranged above the traveling device. The vessel is provided on the vehicle body. The support device includes a slide mechanism that moves the vessel in a lateral direction with respect to the vehicle body, the lateral direction intersecting with a traveling direction of the traveling device when the transport machine travels straight. The load detection device detects a state of a load on the vessel. The slide mechanism is controlled based on a result of detection by the load detection device.

Transport machine

A conveyance machine that conveys a load, the conveyance machine includes: a traveling unit; a vehicle body arranged above the traveling unit; a vessel provided on the vehicle body; a first detecting unit that detects a loading machine that loads a load on the vessel; and a processing unit that adjusts a position of the vessel according to a detected result of the first detecting unit so as the vessel to be positioned at a loading point where the loading machine performs loading.

Conveyance machine and management system

An auxiliary tunneling apparatus includes a reaction force receiver and first and second split components. In the excavation of a second tunnel by a boring machine, the reaction force receiver forms a replacement face of a side wall of the second tunnel on a first tunnel side where the first and second tunnels intersect each other, and a gripper of the boring machine pushes against the replacement face. The first and second split components are installed to push against the side wall of the first tunnel, support the reaction force receiver within the first tunnel, and move back and forth with respect to the side wall of the first tunnel.

Auxiliary tunneling apparatus

This tunnel excavation method includes a step of excavating three first tunnels that are substantially parallel to each other in a first excavation step. Second tunnels are excavated that intersect the first tunnels in a second excavation step. A boring machine is used that performs excavation in a state in which a gripper pushes against the side wall of the tunnel.
