There is provided a disk cartridge including a case body in which a plurality of disk-shaped recording media are configured to be able to be received in an axial direction of a central shaft in parallel, and a first shell having a base surface section parallel to a recording surface of the disk-shaped recording medium and a second shell having a basal surface section parallel to the recording surface of the disk-shaped recording medium are coupled and separated through separation and connection in the axial direction, and a presser spring having a section to be attached, which is attached to the case body, and a pressing section configured to come in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the disk-shaped recording medium and to press the disk-shaped recording medium. The presser spring is formed of a resin material.

Disk cartridge for storing disk-shaped recording media

A slide-type cassette storage case is disclosed that can accommodate a tape cassette when inserted laterally through an insertion port provided on a side surface of the cassette storage case. In one embodiment of the cassette storage case ( ), a protrusion ( ) of the cassette tape is accommodated by a notch ( ) formed in a deep wall portion ( ) of the cassette storage case. Cassette storage case

In a cassette accommodation case which has a structure of inserting and taking out a cassette in a manner of sliding the cassette in a transverse direction from an insertion opening (,) formed on one side of the cassette accommodation case, the cassette is smoothly inserted thereinto and taken out thereof. A cassette supporting surface (thick wall portion,) on an inner surface side of the cassette accommodation case is formed into a knurling surface so as to reduce a frictional resistance when inserting the cassette in the cassette accommodation case and taking it out thereof.

Cassette accomodation case

A cassette accommodating case formed integrally of a lower half,and an upper half,has a cassette insertion opening,at is one side surface. A finger-insertion opening portion,used for drawing a cassette is formed through an upper surface of the upper half,A reel stopper member,in which a pair of reel stopper pieces,capable of rising and being pressed down and engaged with reel hub apertures,of a compact cassette,is fixed on a bottom surface of the lower half,A traverse U-letter shaped slit groove,is formed through a portion of the base late where the reel stopper pieces,are planted, thereby the reel stopper member being formed as a reel stopper member having a flexible base plate,which is flexibly deformed. A cantilever-shaped cassette-release preventing member,having an elastic function and engaged with a concave portion,of the erroneous-erasure preventing click,on a rear surface of the cassette in its accommodated state is provided on an inner wall surface of a cassette housing in the vicinity of the opposite side of the cassette insertion opening

Cassette storage casing

In a cassette accommodate case having such a structure that a cassette is accommodated by being laterally inserted from an inserting mouth portion provided on one side surface thereof, the rotation stopping projecting tabs which engage with hubs in the cassette to prevent the rotation thereof are provided and are capable of rising and falling, in order to prevent the hubs from unnecessarily rotating rotation stopping projecting tabs. With the cassette accommodation case according to the present invention, the rotation stopping projecting tabs are each comprised by parallelly providing two tabs as a set in a cassette inserting direction. Due to the arrangement, in a case where one tab of the rotation stopping projecting tabs does not revert to an erect state and resultantly does not engage with the hubs, another tab engages with the hubs, thereby making it possible to surely prevent the hubs from unnecessarily rotating.

Cassette accommodation case

In a cassette accommodation case which has a structure allowing insertion and housing a cassette in a transverse direction from an insertion opening (,) formed on one side of the cassette accommodation case, and is formed with recess grooves (,) for receiving a bulged portion of the cassette on an inner surface thereof, the cassette is securely held in the cassette accommodation case so as to prevent the cassette from suddenly slipping out of the opening. In the cassette accommodation case of the present invention, the recess groove (,) is provided with a stopper member (,) having an engaging protrusion (,), and when the cassette is housed in the cassette accommodation case, the engaging protrusion (,) of the stopper member (,) is engaged with a capstan shaft insertion hole formed on the bulged portion of the cassette, and thereby, the cassette is securely held in the cassette accommodation case.

A tape cassette in which fixed guide pins (9), (10) are disposed at positions in which a wrapping angle at which a magnetic tape is wound around the fixed guide pins (9), (10) when the magnetic tape is transported is reduced that is the position at which the tape wrapping angle does not exceed 40.degree. wherein, a frictional force generated between the fixed guide pins (9), (10) and the magnetic tape (3) when the magnetic tape (3) is transported is reduced as compared with a conventional tape cassette, whereby a load on a motor for transporting the magnetic tape (3) is reduced, resulting in a life of a battery being extended.
