A container member supply device has favorable workability at a time of disassembly and washing and suppresses the occurrence of abrasion powder in a container member. A container member supply device includes: a container member separation unit that supplies a container member having a flange at a peripheral edge thereof to a pocket of a container member conveyance turret, one by one, wherein the container member separation unit has a plurality of cutout parts, and one of the plurality of cutout parts is constituted by a cutout groove that is integrally provided on an upper outer periphery of the container member conveyance turret and engages with a flange of a container member.

Container member supply device

A seaming device can prevent the leakage of a lubricating oil from the in-machine housing of a chuck unit into a seaming operation space, prevent the occurrence of a defective product contaminated by the lubricating oil, and eliminate heat elongation due to heat generation to accurately maintain a seaming dimension. A seaming device includes: a chuck unit that positions a lid mounted on a can; and a seaming unit that seams the lid to the can, wherein the chuck unit has a spindle having a chuck for positioning the lid attached at a lower end thereof, a bearing that rotatably supports the spindle, and a non-contact type oil seal mechanism for sealing between the spindle and the in-machine housing at a position below the bearing.

Seaming device

A heating device () of a container processing device includes a main turret () which supplies a container () to high-frequency induction heating element () for providing a heat treatment to the container () so that the container () is sucked by bottom suction device (), a container supply turret () which supplies the container () to the main turret (); and an auxiliary turret () provided in a receiving area of the main turret (). The auxiliary turret () is configured to center the container () towards the bottom suction device () in the receiving area.

Embossing device, embossing method, and embossed can

A method for manufacturing an embossed can body with a pattern printed on an outer surface of a cylindrical can barrel includes a plastic working step for forming a flange portion and a neck portion at an opening peripheral edge of the can barrel, and an embossing step for forming an embossed portion on at least a part of the pattern while aligning with the pattern. Thus, the pattern and the embossed portion can be aligned easily and accurately. Also, a stopping mark and a confirmation mark are formed on the can barrel, and a first sensor corresponding to the stopping mark and a second sensor corresponding to the confirmation mark are used. When the respective first and second sensors detect the stopping mark and the confirmation mark, it can be confirmed that the pattern on the can barrel is oriented in a predetermined direction.
