A cushion includes a first cushion portion, a second cushion portion, and a connecting portion interconnecting the first cushion portion and the second cushion portion such that the first cushion portion and the second cushion portion are brought to an open position to unfold the cushion. The first cushion portion and the second cushion are movable to a closed position to fold the cushion along the connecting portion into a generally rectangular parallelepiped. The connecting portion is provided along one corner of the generally rectangular parallelepiped and interconnects one end of a first surface of the first cushion portion and one end of a first surface of the second cushion portion. An inclining surface of the first cushion portion and an inclining surface of the second cushion portion are both planar surfaces.

A floor mat for a loading platform placed on an upper surface of a floor of the loading platform of a vehicle. The floor mat is provided with a plurality of retaining holes formed near an edge of the floor surface and through which at least one load securing tool is inserted.

A protection screen is placed between a cabin and a loading platform and mounted to a vehicle body. The loading platform is placed adjacent to a back surface of the cabin and joined at a rear portion thereof to the vehicle body via a pivot axis so as to be inclined from a horizontal normal position to a dump position where the loading platform is inclined upward to a front. The protection screen includes an upper screen having a width wider than that of seat backs of occupant seats provided in the cabin; a lower screen continuously connected to a lower end of the upper screen and having a width narrower than that of the upper screen; and a bracket connecting the upper and lower screens together.

A two-wheeled motor vehicle includes a saddle bag stay fixed to a vehicle body frame assembly. A saddle bag is detachably mounted to the saddle bag stay, while providing for the prevention of burglary. The saddle bag stay is provided with a locking shaft section and a locking portion, and the saddle bag is provided with a locking device switchable between the engagement and disengagement with and from the locking portion, a key-operated device for operating the locking device in a direction to release the engagement with the locking portion in response to a key operation, and an engaging portion disengageably engaging with the locking shaft section, so that it cannot be disengaged in a state in which the locking device is in engagement with the locking portion and it can be disengaged in a state in which the locking device is out of engagement with the locking portion.

In a two-wheeled motor vehicle in which a front fork including a pair of telescopic fork legs disposed on opposite sides of a front wheel, and a top bridge and a bottom bridge which connect upper cases of the fork legs to each other at two points vertically spaced apart from each other, is steerably supported by a head pipe at a front end of a vehicle body frame assembly, and a steering handlebar is connected to an upper end of the front fork, part-mounting fixtures (L,R) for supporting a front part () disposed in front of the steering handlebar () are detachably mounted on the upper cases () of the front fork (). Thus, the front part can be mounted easily with an increase in degree of freedom of the disposition thereof.

A grip 6b is projectingly provided on one side of an upper end of a control lever 4.sub.1, 4.sub.2 of a controller for a boat propelling device, and a switch accommodating portion 7b is projectingly provided on the other side. Control switches 14 and 15 are mounted in the switch accommodating portion 7b. The switch accommodating portion 7b is formed, on its front surface on the side of an operator, with an operating face 23 which is inclined, so that it comes closer to a center plane 21 extending laterally of the control lever 4.sub.1, 4.sub.2 at a laterally outer location. The control switches 14 and 15 have operating buttons 14a and 15a mounted to face the operating face 23. Thus, when the operator grasps the grip portion of the control lever, the thumb of his or her hand is naturally opposed to the operating buttons of the control switches and hence, the operator can extremely easily operate the operating buttons.

Footwardly directed air conduting apparatus mounted on an engine guard frame surrounding a cylinder head portion of a flat engine mounted in front of a step of a motorcycle. A cover is mounted on the engine guard and covers the cylinder head portion. At air guide plate is rotatably mounted in a window-like opening in the cover in such a manner that the forward end moves to the outside and the rearward end moves to the inside of the cover. An over-center spring mechanism is provided between the rearward end of the plate and the inside of the cover.
