A nanobubble-containing liquid producing apparatus includes: a microbubble generating device that prepares a microbubble-containing liquid with use of a liquid introduced into a microbubble generation tank and discharges the microbubble-containing liquid into the microbubble generation tank; a micro-nanobubble generating device that prepares a micro-nanobubble-containing liquid with use of the microbubble-containing liquid introduced into a micro-nanobubble generation tank and discharges the micro-nanobubble-containing liquid into the micro-nanobubble generation tank; and a nanobubble generating device that prepares a nanobubble-containing liquid with use of the micro-nanobubble-containing liquid introduced into a nanobubble generation tank and discharges the nanobubble-containing liquid into the nanobubble generation tank. Therefore, an apparatus for producing a nanobubble-containing liquid with use of general-purpose products can be manufactured at low cost and in a short period of time.

In the upper part and the lower part of a micro-nano bubble generation sectionin a micro-nano bubble bathtub, two kinds of micro-nano bubbles different in a size distribution are generated by first and second micro-nano bubble generators (submerged pump-type micro-nano bubble generatorand spiral flow-type micro-nano bubble generator) of two kinds, so that bathtub water containing micro-nano bubbles in a wide size distribution can be produced in a large amount. Some of the water containing micro-nano bubbles generated in the lower part is thrown into the first micro-nano bubble generator (spiral flow-type micro-nano bubble generator) in the upper part, so that the spiral flow-type micro-nano bubble generatorcan generate micro-nano bubbles in a smaller size. Therefore, in this bathtub, micro-nano bubbles abundant in size and large in amount can be produced economically.

Device and method for increasing blood flow and insulin-like growth factor

Drainage water containing an organofluorine compound is introduced into a raw tank () and then filtered through a filtration device (). Next, a microorganism, a micro-nanobubbling auxiliary agent and a nutrient are added thereto in a first transit tank () while micro-nanobubbles are generated thereinto by a micro-nanobubbling machine (), thereby giving treated water. This treated water is then fed into an active carbon column () and then the above-described organofluorine compound contained in the treated water is decomposed by the microorganism as described above.

Drainage water-treating method

In a bioreactor, a culture solution derived from a cultivation tank is separated into bacteria cells and filtrate by a bacteria cell filter. The filtrate is introduced from the bacteria cell filter into a micro-nano bubble generation tank where micro-nano-bubbles are mixed with the filtrate. The filtrate containing micro-nano-bubbles is returned to the cultivation tank to activate the microorganisms therein, so that a biological reaction time is reduced by the activated microorganisms.

Biological reaction method and bioreactor

Water () that contains micro-nano bubbles generated in a micro-nano bubble generation tank () is introduced and treated in a charcoal water tank (ii) which is filled with a charcoal () and in which an air diffusing pipe () is placed and thereafter introduced and treated in a membrane device (). Thus, activities of microorganisms propagating in the charcoal () are increased by the micro-nano bubbles, markedly increasing ability of decomposing organic matters in the water. Therefore, a clogging phenomenon due to the organic matters can be prevented by reducing organic loads on the membrane device (). Moreover, a very small amount of alcohols or salts are added as a micro-nano bubble generation aid to the micro-nano bubble generation tank (), improving an incidence rate of the micro-nano bubbles. The alcohols and salts are easily decomposed by the charcoal water tank (ii) and easily removed by the membrane device ().

Water treatment apparatus and water treatment method

A first treatment tank () to a fourth treatment tank are installed prior to ultrapure water production apparatus (), dilute wastewater recovering apparatus (), general service water recovering apparatus and wastewater treatment apparatus. The treatment tanks (, . . . ) each have a micro-nano bubble generation tank (, . . . ) and an anaerobic measuring tank (, . . . ). Accordingly, microbes within the respective anaerobic measuring tanks (, . . . ) are activated by micro-nano bubbles generated in each micro-nano bubble generation tank (, . . . ) to thereby enhance the treatment efficiency of low-concentration organic matter. Further, when the value measured by dissolved oxygen meter (, . . . ) or oxidation-reduction potentiometer (, . . . ) of each anaerobic measuring tank (, . . . ) exceeds an individually determined given range, the rotational speed of a circulating pump (, . . . ) is controlled to thereby decrease the generation of micro-nano bubbles. Thus, the micro-nano bubble content in water undergoing treatment is held appropriate.

Water treatment system

Waste gas/wastewater treatment equipment treats waste gas in a scrubberby using micronanobubble water produced in a micronanobubble reaction vesselas washing water. Waste gas is efficiently cleaned by the substance surface high-velocity cleaning function which micronanobubbles have. The washing water having been used in the waste gas treatment is reused in wastewater treatment in adjustment tank, denitrification tankand nitrification tankwhich constitute a wastewater treatment section. Thus, the micronanobubbles contained in the washing water are utilized in wastewater treatment, so that efficiency of wastewater treatment is enhanced.

Waste gas/wastewater treatment equipment and method of treating waste gas/wastewater

In a water treatment system, micro-nano bubbles are used in a production device and a detoxification device as one example of the upstream treatment devices which perform specified treatment with use of water. The micro-nano bubbles are used again in the waste water treatment by a waste water pretreatment device and a waste water treatment device in the subsequent step. Since the micro-nano bubbles are reused, the efficiency of the micro-nano bubbles can be enhanced. Moreover, according to the waste water pretreatment device, treatment water is pretreated with the microorganisms activated by micro-nano bubbles and propagating in a polyvinylidene chloride filler material and then it is introduced into the waste water treatment device in the subsequent step. Thereby it is possible to reduce the waste water treatment load in the waste water treatment device in the subsequent step.

Water treatment method and water treatment system

A waster water treatment apparatus has micro-nano bubbles generation tanks, mixing tanks, a submerged membrane tank, a contact oxidation tank, and an activated charcoal adsorption device. In the micro-nano bubbles generation tanks, micro-nano bubbles are added to the waste water. In the mixing tanks, the waste water containing micro-nano bubbles is mixed with sludge containing microorganisms. In the contact oxidation tank, the waste water containing organofluoric compounds is microbially treated by the micro-nano bubbles added to the waste water. The micro-nano bubbles activate microorganisms in the waste water. Thereby organofluoric compounds are microbially decomposed with effect.

Waste water treatment method and waste water treatment apparatus

In a micronanobubble reaction vesselof wastewater treatment equipment, wastewater containing organic matter is treated with micronanobubbles. Thereafter, the wastewater is introduced into an aeration tank. Part of organic matter in the wastewater is oxidized in the micronanobubble reaction vesselby micronanobubble treatment prior to treatment with activity of microorganisms enhanced in the aeration tank. After organic matter load is thus reduced, the treatment water is introduced into the aeration tank, in which microorganisms exist in high concentration due to submerged membranes, so that the organic matter in wastewater can be effectively treated. This makes it possible to accomplish miniaturization of the aeration tank, reduction in scale of the whole equipment and therefore reduction in initial cost. Also, a photocatalyst tankis provided downstream of the aeration tank, so that a minute amount of organic matter unaffected by the microbial treatment alone can be oxidized at high-level by using a photocatalyst plate

Wastewater treatment method and wastewater treatment equipment

A water treatment equipment has a raw water tank as a mixing section, a micronanobubble generation tank, a floatation tank, and a treated water tank. Waste water as treatment water is introduced into the raw water tank and mixed with the water containing micronanobubbles produced by the micronanobubble generation tank. Thereafter, the waste water, as treatment water, is introduced into a lower mixing section of the floatation tank from the raw tank by a raw water tank pump. Also, treatment water containing fine bubbles is introduced into the lower mixing section from a pressure tank. Therefore, the micronanobubbles is mixed with the fine bubbles in the lower mixing section of the floatation tank, thereby almost all the suspended matter in the treatment water is surfaced. Thus, the water treatment equipment enhances separatability of suspended matter.

The application device for liquid containing micro-nano bubbles generates micro-nano bubbles in a wide size distribution with use of a submerged pump-type micro-nano bubble generator and a spiral flow-type micro-nano bubble generator. A micro-nano bubble generating aid metering pump is controlled by a bubble level meter and a level controller, so that the supply amount of a micro-nano bubble generating aid is controlled in response to the level of bubbles from a fluid level. The supply amount of a micro-nano bubble generating aid is also controlled by a turbidimeter and a controller in response to the turbidity of the liquid in a micro-nano bubble generation tank, while the amount of air supplied to the submerged pump-type micro-nano bubble generator is controlled in response to the turbidity of the liquid. Therefore, the device can produce a large amount of various micro-nano bubbles in a wide size distribution more economically.

A water treatment apparatus has a turbidity meter, which is a detection part, for detecting a generation state of bubbles in a micro/nano bubble generation state confirmation tank, as a turbidity of treatment water. The water treatment apparatus also has a controller, which is a control part, for receiving an signal representing the turbidity of treatment water detected by the turbidity meter, to control openings of air flow control valves in an interlocked manner in response to the signal, so that the amount of air flowing through the control valves is automatically controlled. The openings of the air flow control valves are controlled in an interlocked manner by the controller in such a way that the signal representing turbidity shows that the treatment water within the confirmation tank is whitely turbid (i.e., the turbidity shows not less than a specified value).

In wastewater treatment equipment, a surfactant is added to a micronanobubble reaction vesselby using a surfactant pumpand a surfactant tankwhich constitute a surfactant adding section. Thereby, a micronanobubble generatorstably and efficiently produces micronanobubbles in the treatment water as raw water containing the surfactant in the micronanobubble reaction vessel. Thus, the micronanobubbles make it possible to efficiently pretreat the wastewater introduced into the micronanobubble reaction vessel. Consequently, it becomes possible not only to enhance efficiency of wastewater treatment but also to reduce a treatment load on wastewater treatment equipmentin a step subsequent to the pretreatment. Thereby, scale of the wastewater treatment equipmentis reduced.
