An exhaust heat recovery system includes an evaporator, an expander, a condenser, a pump, a circulation flow path, a cooling medium pipe, a bypass pipe, a first valve, a second valve for switching between a state in which the working medium can flow into the coolie medium piping and a state in which the working medium cannot flow therein, and a controller for performing the switching control of the valves. When a condition under which the temperature of the working medium flowing into the condenser becomes higher than or equal to a predetermined temperature is satisfied, the controller controls the second valve to switch to the state in which the working medium can flow into the cooling medium pipe.

Exhaust heat recovery system

A binary cycle power generation system includes a working fluid circulation line, an evaporator, an expander, an energy recovery apparatus, a condenser, and a pump. The pump includes a casing, a rotary shaft, and impellers. The casing is hollow and has an end wall at an end in a longitudinal direction. The rotary shaft has an axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the casing, is supported on the end wall, has at least a part that is in the casing, and rotates owing to a torque. The impellers are attached to the rotary shaft one after another in the longitudinal direction. The pump is arranged in such a way that the axis of the rotary shaft intersects a vertical direction.

Binary power generation system and stopping method for same

A compression device is equipped with a compressor () and a heat energy recovery unit () that recovers heat energy from a compressed gas. The heat energy recovery unit () is equipped with: a heat exchanger () that has an inflow port (), and that heats an operating medium by means of the heat from the compressed gas; an expansion device (); a power recovery unit (); a condenser (); and a pump (). The thermal energy recovery device includes an evaporator (), an expander (), a power recovery machine (), a condenser (), a pump (), a circulation flow path (), a cooling flow path () for supplying working medium of liquid phase flowing out of the pump () partially to a site of the circulation flow path () between the evaporator () and the expander (), an on-off valve (V) provided in the cooling flow path (), and a control unit (), in which upon reception of a stop signal for stopping power recovery by the power recovery machine (), the control unit () opens the on-off valve (V).

Thermal energy recovery device

Provided is a thermal energy recovery device in which poor lubrication of a bearing can be inhibited when an expander is driven. The thermal energy recovery device includes an evaporator (), an expander (), a power recovery machine (), a condenser (), a pump (), a circulation flow path (), a cooling flow path () for supplying working fluid from the pump () partially to the power recovery machine (), an on-off valve (V) provided in the cooling flow path (), and a control unit (), in which the expander () has a rotor (), a bearing (), and a primary casing (), and in which the power recovery machine () has a power recovery unit () and a secondary casing (), and in which upon reception of a stop signal for stopping power recovery by the power recovery machine (), the control unit () closes the on-off valve (V).

A compressing device of the present invention comprises a compressor, a heat exchanger, an expander, a power recovery unit, a condenser, a pump, a bypass flow passage for bypassing the expander, and a bypass valve. When a bypass condition for allowing a working medium to circulate through the bypass flow passage is satisfied, the bypass valve is caused to be opened, thereby allowing the working medium to circulate between the heat exchanger and the condenser through the bypass flow passage. As a result, a compressed gas discharged from the compressor is cooled by the working medium in the heat exchanger. This configuration makes it possible to cool the compressed gas by the working medium in the heat exchanger regardless of operation conditions of the expander.

Compressing device

A thermal energy recovery device of the present invention includes a heater that evaporates a working medium by a heat medium, an expander into which the working medium flowing out from the heater flows, a power generator that recovers expansion energy of the working medium expanded in the expander, a condenser of a condensing unit that condenses the working medium flowing out from the expander, and a pump that feeds the working medium condensed in the condenser to the heater. A connection portion between the condenser and the pump has a connection end portion connected to an inflow port of the pump, a bent portion bent upward from the connection end portion, and a standing portion extending upward from the bent portion so that the working medium in a gas phase is suppressed from coming into the pump even in an environment where vibration is generated.

An energy recovery device includes a plurality of heat exchangers connected in parallel with each other into which a plurality of heat sources flow, an expander for expanding a working medium, a dynamic power recovery unit, a condenser, a pump for sending the working medium which has flown out from the condenser to the plurality of heat exchangers, and a regulator for regulating inflow rates of the working medium flowing into the plurality of heat exchangers. The regulator regulates the inflow rates of the liquid phase working medium flowing into the plurality of respective heat exchangers such that a difference of temperatures or a difference of degrees of superheat of the gas phase working medium which has flown out from the plurality of respective heat exchangers falls within a certain range. Thereby, heat energy can be efficiently recovered from the plurality of heat sources having temperatures different from each other.
