The direction of a solar light tracking sensor is set easily with high accuracy. A solar light tracking guide () is installed on the optical axis () of the reflected light collected by a heliostat (). An optical telescope () is so attached to the rear end part of the guide () as to be aligned with the guide axis (C) of the guide (). The posture of the solar light tracking guide () is so adjusted that a cross provided in the field of view of the telescope () agrees with the center () of the light collection target position and fixed to the base (). Then, a solar light tracking sensor () is fastened to the rear end part of the guide () in place of the optical telescope ().

Solar light tracking sensor direction setting/measuring/re-adjusting method and solar light collecting device

For work in which reflecting mirrors (or facets ()) to be mounted on a heliostatcoincide with a pseudo toroid (), an adjustment method of, and a mounting posture measuring device for, accurately measuring mounting postures of the respective facets () are provided for performing mounting adjustment efficiently and simply. In a method of installing the reflecting mirrors (or the facets ()) constituting the heliostatfor sunlight condensation, each facet () is installed in such so that a reflected laser beam () reflected by the facetcan reach a virtual passage point () in a laser point measuring unit ().
