Disclosed is a sample analyzer including a storage section configured to store a plurality of containers for containing a sample, and including a discharge port through which the container is discharged; a production lot information acquisition unit that acquires production lot information on a production lot of the container; an analysis processing unit that performs analysis processing of the sample contained in the container discharged through the discharge port; a recorder that records the production lot information, an analysis result of the sample contained in the container, and time information related to time of analyzing the sample; and a display information generation unit that generates, based on information recorded in the recorder, display information for displaying at least one analysis result of at least one sample analyzed during a period of time on a display unit in a manner that associates the at least one analysis result with the production lot information.

A method according to one or more aspects may be for displaying measurement results of measurement items by a sample analyzer. The method may include displaying each of the measurement items selectably on a display unit, and displaying a notification concerning any of the measurement results in association with the corresponding measurement item on the display unit; and in response to selection of at least one of the measurement items, displaying the measurement result of the selected at least one of the measurement items on the display unit.

Disclosed is a calibration curve creation method performed by an analyzer, the calibration curve creation method including: preparing a plurality of calibrators at different dilution rates by dispensing a calibrator in a container into one or more different containers; obtaining a plurality of measurement values by measuring each of the prepared plurality of calibrators; creating a calibration curve by use of the plurality of measurement values; selecting a first measurement value to be re-measured, among the plurality of measurement values used for the calibration curve; preparing another calibrator at a dilution rate corresponding to a calibrator from which the selected first measurement value is obtained; obtaining a second measurement value by measuring the prepared another calibrator; and creating a new calibration curve by replacing the first measurement value, among the plurality of measurement values, with the second measurement value.
