A waterproof structure includes a first seal portion covering around an electric wire to be inserted into a mounting hole of an object to which the electric wire is mounted, the electric wire having a conductor and an insulation covering the conductor, and the first seal portion being elastic and electrically insulative, a housing provided at an end portion of the electric wire, the housing covering the first seal portion, the housing being made of an insulating resin having higher rigidity than the first seal portion and a second seal portion covering around the electric wire, being provided contiguously with an end portion of the housing, and being elastic and electrically insulative.

Waterproof structure

A noise reduction unit includes a conductor having a winding portion and a ring-shaped core which is made of a magnetic material and is inserted through the winding portion, and a housing which houses the conductor and the ring-shaped core. An inner wall surface of the housing is formed with a recess configured to receive a part of the winding portion located on an outer circumferential surface of the ring-shaped core. The conductor is housed in the housing so that the part of the winding portion is received in the recess.

Noise reduction unit

A noise filter () is equipped with a plurality of conductors () having respective winding portions () and a ring-shaped core () which is inserted through the winding portions of the a plurality of conductors and made of a magnetic material. The ring-shaped core is composed of a pair of divisional cores () and () which are combined together by joining each pair of joining surfaces () and (), located at each end, of the pair of divisional cores and. The one divisional core is straight and is inserted through the winding portions of the a plurality of conductors. The other divisional core has partition walls () each of which is located between adjacent ones of the a plurality of conductors, projects toward the one divisional core, and serves to form a magnetic path between the partition wall and the one divisional core.

Noise filter and noise reduction unit

A connector includes: a plurality of conductors; a magnetic core; a housing; and an insulator that locates a core assembling portion therein, the core assembling portion being composed of the respective intermediate portions of the plurality of conductors and the magnetic core, the housing chamber is at least partitioned into a first space in which the core assembling portion is housed and a second space in which the first electrical connection portion and the first counterpart conductor side are housed and are physically and electrically connected to each other, and the insulator is a solidified material of a liquid insulating potting agent filled in the vicinity of the core assembling portion in the first space in order to cover the core assembling portion.

A connector includes a plurality of conductors, a magnetic core, and a housing, the housing includes a housing member that is provided with a housing chamber that houses the plurality of conductors and the magnetic core, an abutment surface on which a core assembling portion abuts, and an opening that is arranged to face the abutment surface at an interval and exposes the core assembling portion housed in the housing chamber outward, the core assembling portion being composed of the respective intermediate portions of the plurality of conductors and the magnetic core housed in the housing chamber; a cover member that closes the opening; and a pressing member that is sandwiched between the cover member and the core assembling portion by pressing the core assembling portion to push the core assembling portion against the abutment surface when the housing member and the cover member are in an assembled state.

Connector with an annular shaped megnetic core

A noise filter including a conductor and an annular core. The conductor has a wound portion. The annular core is formed of a magnetic material and passes through the wound portion. The annular core is formed of a pair of split cores that are assembled together with joining surfaces on both ends to be joined to each other. At least one of a recess portion and a projection portion that engage with each other is formed on the joining surfaces of the split cores which are joined to each other.

A connector includes a conductor, a noise filter part, an inner mold part, and a housing. The conductor has a terminal at one end and the other end of the conductor is connected to a wire. The connector is to be joined with a counterpart connector so that the terminal is in conduction with a terminal of the counterpart connector. The noise filter part includes a core attached to the conductor and formed of a magnetic member which reduces noise of a current flowing in the conductor. The inner mold part is integrally molded with the noise filter part so as to cover at least a periphery of the core and formed of a soft resin material. The housing which covers a periphery of the inner mold part and is formed of a hard resin material.

Connector

A noise filter () used for a plurality of conducting members (), the noise filter includes, a ring-shaped core () made from a magnetic material, the ring-shaped core is attached to the plurality of conducting members to reduce noise of currents flowing through each of the plurality of the conducting members. The ring-shaped core including: a base core () having a plurality of support pillar portions () extending outward in radial directions; and a plurality of divisional cores () each being placed between two of the plurality of the support pillar portions adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, and each having two end surfaces connected to end portions of the two of the plurality of the support pillar portions.

Noise filter

A noise filter () is equipped with plural conductors () having respective winding portions () and a ring-shaped core which is inserted through the winding portions of the plural conductors and made of a magnetic material. The ring-shaped core has a core main body () having a pair of extension portions () and () that are connected to each other at one end and a link core () which is attached to the core main body at the other end and thereby connects the extension portions and. At least one of the extension portions and of the core main body is straight. The plural conductors are arranged in a row in a state that the straight extension portion is inserted through the winding portions of the plural conductors.

A conductor unit includes: a plurality of conductors each including a conducting portion covered with an insulating coating; an annular core that includes a first core constituent portion and a second core constituent portion combined with the first core constituent portion, and that interposes the conductors between the first core constituent portion and the second core constituent portion; and a holding member that makes the first core constituent portion and the second core constituent portion press and hold the conductors therebetween.

Conductor unit

A noise reduction unit () is equipped with a noise filter (), a housing () which houses the noise filter, and a sealing material () which is charged in the housing. The noise filter is equipped with conductors () having respective winding portions () and a ring-shaped core () which is made of a magnetic material and is inserted through the winding portions of the conductors. In the housing, a mounting portion () for the ring-shaped core has recesses () that are recessed in a direction going away from the ring-shaped core and support portions () that support the ring-shaped core so that gaps (S) are formed between the ring-shaped core and the bottom surfaces of the respective recesses. The sealing material goes into the gaps and comes into contact with both of the ring-shaped core and the bottom surfaces of the recesses in the mounting portion.
