A polyorganosiloxane may be high in elasticity and/or strength. The polyorganosiloxane may include an M unit (RRRSiO) at a content of 10 mol. % or more relative to the total of silicon and a T unit (RSiO) at a content of 80 mol. % or less relative to the total of silicon. The polyorganosiloxane may have an alkoxy group bound, at a content of 0.07 to 4 wt. %, based on total polyorganosiloxane weight, and a reactive functional group bound to silicon, with 3 to 12 of the reactive functional groups bound on a number basis per a molecular weight of 1000 of the polyorganosiloxane. The weight loss of the polyorganosiloxane at 110° C. under 0.15 torr for 2 hours may be 5 wt. % or less.

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sound insulating structure which provides a sufficient sound insulating effect even when an adhesive layer is arranged therein, and in which a shift in the frequency band where the sound insulating effect is generated is unlikely to occur. An object of the present invention is to provide a sound-blocking sheet member that is relatively lightweight, has high sound-blocking performance overwhelming the law of mass action, and is excellent in terms of manufacturability and durability. The sound-blocking sheet member includes at least a sheet and a plurality of resonance portions. The resonance portion is provided in contact with a sheet surface of the sheet, and the resonance portion includes a weight portion and a base portion. The weight portion is supported by the base portion and has a larger mass than the base portion, and the weight portion has a penetration portion. The base portion is in contact with a surface on a resonance portion front end side of the weight portion and covers the weight portion.

This epoxy resin is a para-cresol novolac epoxy resin represented by General formula (1), in which a content ratio of components represented by n=1 as measured by gel permeation chromatography is less than 10% by area, and a content ratio of components represented by n=2 as measured by gel permeation chromatography is at least 1% by area and less than 40% by area.
