Heat-developable color light-senitive material

A heat developable color photographic material for use in an image-forming process comprising: (a) superposing a heat developable color photographic material onto an image-receiving material that is formed on a separate support from a support of the heat developable color photographic material; and (b) heat-developing the heat developable color photographic material superposed on the image-receiving material to form or release a diffusible dye, so that the diffusible dye is transferred to the image-receiving material to thereby form an image: wherein the heat developable color photographic material contains at least a light-sensitive silver halide and yellow, magenta and cyan dye-donating compounds, which form or release diffusible yellow, magenta and cyan dyes, respectively, by heat development corresponding to silver development, wherein the yellow, magenta and cyan dyes, respectively, has a maximum absorption intensity of spectral absorption at a wavelength of from 440 nm to 460 nm, from 525 nm to 545 nm, and from 610 nm to 640 nm, and wherein the heat developable color photographic material further contains at least one specific compound represented by the following formula (I) other than the above dye-donating compounds:

Heat developable color photographic material and image-forming system using the same

A heat-developable light-sensitive material including a support and at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer provided on the support, the light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing light-sensitive silver halide grains, a compound to form a dye through coupling reaction with an oxidized product of a developing agent, and a binder, characterized in that the light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer includes an emulsion containing a developing agent and tabular silver halide grains having a mean grain thickness of 0.01-0.07 .mu.m. The light-sensitive material enables to provide a convenient and quick method of forming color images.

Silver halide color light-sensitive material and method of forming color

An image forming process comprising the steps of: imagewise-exposing a heat developable light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon at least a light-sensitive silver halide, a binder and a dye-donating compound, wherein the dye-donating compound forms or releases a diffusive dye corresponding or reversely corresponding to a reduction reaction of the silver halide into silver; supplying water to the exposed material; heat developing the water-supplied material to form a diffusive dye image therein; and transferring the diffusive dye image onto a dye-fixing element, wherein the water-supplying step comprises jetting of a water droplet having a volume of not more than 0.01 mm.sup.3, and the light-sensitive material has a contact angle of not more than 50 degrees as determined at 0.5 second after the impact of the water droplet onto the light-sensitive material.

Image forming process

A heat developable color light-sensitive material is disclosed, comprising a support having provided thereon at least a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion(s), a binder and a dye-donating compound, wherein at least one of the light-sensitive silver halide emulsion(s) (a) (a-1) comprises grains containing silver iodide in an amount of 0.1 mol % or more based on silver in the inside of the grains, and (a-2) contains at least one compound represented by formula (I-a), (I-b) or (I-c); or (b) (b-1) comprises silver chloroiodobromide grains containing silver iodide in an amount of 0.1 mol % or more based on silver in the inside of the grains and silver chloride in an amount of 10 mol % or more based on silver, (b-2) contains a sensitizing dye added before chemical sensitization, and (b-3) chemically sensitized in the presence of a nucleic acid decomposition product:

A heat-developable color light-sensitive material is described, which comprises a light-sensitive silver halide, a binder, a dye-donating compound and at least one compound represented by the following formula (I) on a support: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having from 2 to 30 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having from 3 to 30 carbon atoms, or an aryl group having from 6 to 36 carbon atoms; R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or an alkenyl group having from 2 to 30 carbon atoms; m represents an integer of from 0 to 10; and n represents 0 or 1; with the proviso that, when m is an integer of from 1 to 10, n is 0; when n is 1, m is 0; when m is an integer of from 2 to 10, the plurality of R.sub.2 groups may be the same or different, and the plurality of R.sub.3 groups may be the same or different; R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, or R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 each may be bonded to each other to form a ring; and the compound represented by formula (I) has from 10 to 50 total carbon atoms.
