A screw compressorincludes a compressor main body, a motor, and a gearbox. The compressor main bodyincludes screw rotors, and, rotor casingsandaccommodating therein the screw rotors, and, and main body casingsandaccommodating therein the rotor casingsand, the main body casings being provided with first flangesandon respective ends thereof. The motordrives the screw rotors, andvia gearsand. The gearboxhas an attachment surface Son which the first flangeto the main body casingsandis attached, accommodates therein the gearsand, and has a substantially rectangular shape. In a state where the compressor main bodyis attached to the gearbox, a part of the first flangeextends to an outside of the attachment surface S, and projection regions of the rotor casingsandonto the attachment surface S exist within the attachment surface S. In this way, vibrations of the screw compressorcan be reduced.

Screw compressor

A compressor unit includes a compressor, an electric motor which is lined with the compressor along the horizontal direction and drives the compressor, and a sound shielding member which reduces noise generated by the compressor. The sound shielding member has a shape of surrounding the compressor on a first side, a second side and a third side of the compressor and exposing the electric motor, the first and second sides being in a depth direction perpendicular to a lined direction in which the compressor and the electric motor are lined, and the third side being opposite to another side of the compressor where the electric motor is located in the lined direction.

Compressor unit

A heat exchanger includes: a heat exchange section through which a compressed gas flows; an upstream header section that is provided on an upstream side of the heat exchange section and communicates with the heat exchange section; a downstream header section that is provided on an downstream side of the heat exchange section and communicates with the heat exchange section; a gas inlet pipe that is connected to a wall surface of the upstream header section; and a gas outlet pipe that is connected to a wall surface of the downstream header section. A filter-cum-sound absorbing material of a porous material is mounted on an inner wall surface of at least one of the upstream header section and the downstream header section. The inner wall surface faces the heat exchange section.

Heat exchanger for gas compressor

A package-type air-cooled screw compressor has a compressor body relating to an air-cooled screw compressor, a drive motor, a package that houses the compressor body and the drive motor, an intake opening that takes in an air that cools the compressor body and the drive motor, an exhaust opening that exhausts the air, a duct extended downward from the exhaust opening, to transport the air to the exhaust opening, and an exhaust fan that exhausts the air. A lower end of a wall face constituting the duct is extended downward so that a lower-end inlet of the duct is placed at a position not viewable from a center position of the compressor body.

A sound deadening device has an introducing and damping section. The introducing and damping section includes an introduction section that introduces fluid, an expansion chamber, and a lead-out section. The expansion chamber is communicated with the introduction section, has a flow passage cross-section larger than a flow passage cross-section of the introduction section, and has protrusions along a travelling direction of a sound wave, resonance of the sound wave being to be suppressed. The lead-out section is communicated with the expansion chamber, has a flow passage cross-section smaller than that of the expansion chamber, and leads out the fluid in a direction different from an introduction direction of the fluid. Accordingly, it is possible to weaken the resonance of the sound wave, suppress rise of inner sound pressure of the sound deadening device, and prevent reduction in a sound deadening effect.

Sound deadening device

A silencer includes: a housing that has a draw-in portion drawing in fluid, and a plurality of sound attenuating portions arranged in a flowing direction of the fluid; a first partition provided with an intermediate communicating portion communicating the most downstream attenuating portion with the adjacent attenuating portion located adjacent to the most downstream attenuating portion; a valve portion disposed in the most downstream attenuating portion, the valve portion being capable of closing the intermediate communicating portion; a valve holding portion holding the valve portion, the valve holding portion being detachably attached to the housing; and a draw-out portion provided in a portion of the most downstream attenuating portion other than the valve holding portion, the draw-out portion drawing out the fluid from the most downstream attenuating portion.

Silencer

A screw compressor includes compressor bodies, a motor disposed in a side of the compressor bodies, a gear box coupled to the compressor bodies and transmitting the drive force of the motor to a screw rotor, and a tubular coupling casing coupling the gear box and the motor and having horizontal axis. The coupling casing has a work hole in the horizontal direction. The work hole is used for maintaining a coupling accommodated in the coupling casing. The coupling casing has a rib extending in the up-down direction. It is thus possible to avoid reduction in the rigidity of the coupling casing with no cost increase, and to improve maintainability.

According to the invention, there is provided a damping structure capable of obtaining a sufficient damping effect even against vibrations of small amplitudes, by promoting movements of powder/particle materials inside a hollow body. In the damping structure of the invention, a damping memberis provided on a structureto be damped. The damping memberincludes a hollow bodywhich is filled with powder/particle materials, partially leaving a space. A vibration wall face partwhich vibrates more violently than the structure, on receiving vibration, is formed in at least a part of wall face partsof the hollow body. The vibration wall face partis preferably formed of a material having a lower elastic modulus and/or a lower density than the other parts.

Damping structure

Disclosed is a photosensitive drum that is provided with a structure that can decrease noise-causing vibrations without being accompanied by the addition of new parts. The photosensitive drum () is provided with a tube-shaped conductive base () on the surface of which a photosensitive layer () is formed, and flanges () attached to both ends of the conductive base () by being inserted into said both ends. The end sections () of the flanges () in the tube-length direction (Z) of the conductive base () contact the inner surface () of the conductive base () within an electrically-charged region (Le) of the photosensitive layer ().

It is an object of the present invention to provide a solid-borne sound reducing structure which is able to reduce solid-borne sound with a simple configuration, highly durable, and being less degraded. There is provided a solid-borne sound reducing structure () in which a surface plate part () including a gas ventilating part () which allows gas to pass through along a thickness direction is disposed by means of an outer peripheral wall part () on a structure () that radiates noise while vibrating, so as to at least partially cover a surface () of the structure (). The surface plate part () is supported by the outer peripheral wall part () so as to be integrally vibrated with the surface () of the structure (). In addition, the outer peripheral wall part () supports the surface plate part () in such a manner that an internal gas chamber is formed between the surface () of the structure () and the surface plate part ().
