A utility vehicle includes: a chassis (); a seat () arranged on the chassis; a cargo bed () arranged behind the seat and supported in a freely rotatable manner about a pivot () of the chassis so as to be changeable between a dumping position in which a front portion of the cargo bed is raised and a normal position in which the front portion of the cargo bed is not raised; a holding part () for biasing the cargo bed toward the dumping position so as to hold the cargo bed; and a support rod () provided separately from the holding part and supporting the cargo bed at the dumping position.
