The processor is configured to accept a tender for a transaction of electricity transfer in a parking lot, contract the transaction of electricity transfer corresponding to the tender, and perform charge control for charging at least one vehicle out of a plurality of vehicles located in the parking lot, the at least one vehicle having placed the tender.

A market electric power price predicting unit predicts a trading price of electric power traded in a P2P electric power trading market. The trading price includes a price of renewable energy electric power and a price of non-renewable energy electric power. A renewable energy index setting unit sets a renewable energy index indicating a degree of the renewable energy electric power in electric power purchased in the P2P electric power trading market. A trading price setting unit sets a desired trading price in an electric power trading plan from a prediction result of the trading price of the electric power and the renewable energy index. A trading plan creating unit creates the electric power trading plan based on the desired trading price.

An automatic bidding system includes a vehicle agent (a computer). A vehicle agent includes a bidding agent (a bidding unit) that places an automatic bid for power trading related to electric power of a user in accordance with an automatic bidding algorithm, and an information collection agent (an information collection unit) that acquires user information indicating a preference of the user. The bidding agent is configured to set a parameter of the automatic bidding algorithm using the user information.

A power trading system includes a power trading platform (a power trading computer) and a vehicle agent (a bidding computer) that places a bid on the power trading platform. The vehicle agent includes a bidding unit and a generation unit. The bidding unit places a bid for power trading by transmitting bid data in a predetermined format to the power trading computer. The generation unit transcribes transcribed information included in the bid data for a contracted bid and generates the bid data for a cancellation bid so as to cancel the contracted bid. The transcribed information includes attribute information indicating an attribute of electric power related to power trading.

An apparatus, for a mobile object, that determines a bid-offer condition on an electricity transaction market: acquires information on sell-buy prices for an electricity amount presented by electricity demanders on direct transaction markets, where a contract is executed for electricity that the mobile object directly supplies to or procures from an electricity demander; determines, based on the sell-buy prices, an optimal condition that maximizes a profit from an electricity transaction for the mobile object; and determines, as the bid-offer condition, to place an offer or a bid on an electricity transaction market at a sell or buy price for a to-be-discharged or to-be-charged electricity amount that are determined for each time period in the optimal condition. The sell-buy prices for the electricity amount presented by the electricity demanders on the direct transaction markets are acquired through prediction, or notification from the individual electricity demanders.

An apparatus, for a mobile object, that determines a bid-offer condition on an electricity transaction market: determines an optimal condition making the largest gain for the mobile object from an electricity transaction, on which a contract is executed for electricity that the mobile object directly supplies to an electricity demander, based on an upper limit of an offer electricity amount of the mobile object and a predicted value of a buy price of the electricity demander for an electricity amount, the upper limit determined based on a predicted value of an electricity amount demanded by the electricity demander in each time period and an electricity amount transferable from the mobile object; and determines, as the bid-offer condition, to place an offer on an electricity transaction market at a sell price for a to-be-discharged electricity amount that are determined for each time period in the optimal condition.

An output voltage control circuit device includes a rectifying unit configured to permit a flow of a current from a negative electrode side to a positive electrode side of a power supply cell, a voltage generation unit, through which a current is able to flow in both directions between both ends inserted between a negative electrode of an odd-numbered power supply cell counted from the negative electrode side of the power supply cells and an anode of the rectifying unit, and a generated voltage between both ends is able to be cyclically inverted; a voltage holding capacitor, and a voltage control circuit unit configured to generate a voltage, a direction of which is cyclically inverted, between both ends of the voltage generation unit on the negative electrode side of the power supply cells.
