A method for producing a preform for manufacture of a fiber-reinforced plastic molding. The method includes: fixing a resin-equipped film rolled out from a roll state including a release film and a fixing resin and containing a partially-cured thermosetting resin, to a surface of the dry fiber fabric rolled out from a roll with the fixing resin interposed therebetween, thereby obtaining a first dry fiber fabric; separately fixing the resin-equipped film to a surface of the dry fiber fabric rolled out from a roll with the fixing resin interposed therebetween, and detaching the release film, thereby obtaining one or more second dry fiber fabrics; and laminating the second dry fiber fabrics on a surface of the first dry fiber fabric with the fixing resin of the second dry fiber fabrics interposed therebetween.

A method of manufacturing an energy storage device electrode in which breakage of electrode particles and warping of a collector are reduced, and internal resistance is lowered by lowering the contact resistance between the collector and an electrode layer. The method manufactures an electric double-layer capacitor electrode, and includes: forming a plurality of grooves that run in one direction in each of a front surface and rear surface of a collector foil; subsequently providing an electrode layer that includes plural electrode particles on each of the front surface and rear surface of the collector foil; and subsequently pressing the electrode layer toward the collector foil to move the plurality of electrode particles along the plurality of grooves until the plural electrode particles dig into the plurality of grooves.

When electric discharging occurs inside a gas insulated apparatus in which sulfur hexafluoride is filled, hydrogen-fluoride gas is generated, which abrades a part formed of glass fiber reinforced plastics included in the apparatus. Previously, resin for preventing the abrasion has been coated on the surface of the part; however, a problem has occurred that the coating film peels off. Organic fiber woven cloth woven using organic fiber such as aramid fiber or the like having hydrogen fluoride resistance and mechanical toughness is wrapped around the surface of glass fiber reinforced plastics, and thermosetting resin is wettably impregnated into weave patterns of the organic fiber woven cloth and then heat cured; thereby, an abrasion-preventing protection layer that does not peel off is formed.

A method of manufacturing an electrode for electrical-discharge surface treatment includes kneading a first electrode material composed of at least one of metal powder and insulating powder and a second electrode material composed of conductive organic bonding agent in which a conductive resin is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent, to fabricate a slurry; molding the slurry, to form a compact; and desiccating the compact at a temperature below a thermal decomposition initiating temperature at which a thermal decomposition of the conductive organic bonding agent starts.

The present invention relates to an electric double-layer capacitor and a method for producing same capable of evenly and rapidly doping a negative electrode layer with lithium ions.
