A lubricating device of a power transmitting system having a structural member. The lubricating device includes an oil piping assembly fixed to the structural member at a plurality of positions and having an oil passage through which a lubricant oil flows. The oil piping assembly is a resin piping assembly including a plurality of divisional components which cooperate to define a circumference of the oil passage along a length of the oil passage and which are formed of a resin material. The divisional components have respective interfacial surfaces and are bonded together with interfacial surfaces thereof being held in contact with each other. The divisional components of the resin piping assembly include a base divisional component provided with a plurality of fixing portions, and the resin piping assembly is fixed to the structural member at the plurality of positions through only the fixing portions.

Lubricating device of power transmitting system

A vehicle including: (i) a drive-force transmission unit including a casing and installed in a offset position that is offset from a widthwise center of the vehicle in an offset direction; (ii) a component protruding away from the casing toward a front side of the vehicle, and including first and second region portions such that the first region portion is located on a front side of the second region portion in the offset direction; and (iii) an attachment member through which the component is attached to a vehicle-front side portion of the casing. The attachment member is provided with a displacement adjustment portion that is configured, upon application of an external force to the component from the front side of the vehicle, to facilitate the first region portion of the component to be displaced toward a rear side of the vehicle, more than the second region portion of the component.

Vehicle

A power transmission apparatus is used in a vehicle and mounted on a vehicle member via a mount. The power transmission apparatus includes a case. The case includes a motor provided inside the case. The case includes a mount fastening portion for fastening the mount with a plurality of bolts. The mount fastening portion has a plurality of bolt tightening holes. The plurality of bolt tightening holes are provided so that the plurality of bolts are tightened into the plurality of bolt tightening holes. The bolt tightening holes have axial directions parallel to each other. A space isolated from an inside of the case is formed by a wall of the case in a region connecting two adjacent bolt tightening holes when the mount fastening portion is viewed in the axial directions of the plurality of bolt tightening holes.

Power transmission apparatus

A cooling system includes: (a) a first pump to be driven with vehicle running; (b) a lubricating passage for supplying the lubricant from the first pump, to a lubrication-required part; (c) a second pump to be driven by a drive source other than a drive source of the first pump; (d) a cooling passage for supplying the lubricant from the second pump, to a rotary electric machine via a heat exchanger provided in the cooling passage; (e) a connecting passage connecting between the lubricating passage and the cooling passage, and (f) a lubricant distribution portion configured to change a connecting-passage flowing amount of the lubricant that flows through the connecting passage, depending on a temperature of the lubricant, such that a ratio of the connecting-passage flowing amount to a lubricating-passage flowing amount of the lubricant that flows through the lubricating passage is increased with increase of the lubricant temperature.

Cooling system for vehicle driving apparatus

In a vehicle motor unit comprising: a motor; and a storage housing storing the motor, the motor including a rotor arranged rotatably around a rotation axis, a stator disposed on an outer circumferential side of the rotor, and a high voltage portion disposed on the stator, an outer circumferential surface of the stator is configured to surface contact with a part of a wall surface of the storage housing receiving a larger collision load at the time of a vehicle collision as compared to the other parts.

Vehicle motor unit

A vehicle drive-force transmitting apparatus including: a drive gear; a fluid pump that is to driven by rotation of the drive gear; and a casing that stores therein the drive gear and the fluid pump. The fluid pump includes: a pump body; a pump cover; a rotor; a driven gear that meshes with the drive gear; and a pump shaft on which the rotor and the driven gear are mounted. The pump shaft is rotatably supported at its supported portion by the pump body and/or the pump cover. The driven gear is mounted on a free end portion of the pump shaft. An outer peripheral portion of the pump body or an outer peripheral portion of the pump cover is supported by the casing, such that the other portion of the pump body and the other portion of the pump cover are spaced apart from the casing.

Drive-force transmitting apparatus for vehicle

A lubricating system of a vehicle transmission device includes a third oil storage part that is provided above a first oil storage part and a second oil storage part in a vehicle height direction. The third oil storage part stores lubricating oil, and includes a first outlet that allows the lubricating oil to flow out by gravity toward the first oil storage part without passing through the second oil storage part. As the lubricating oil is thus returned from the first outlet to the first oil storage part without passing through the second oil storage part, the oil level in the first oil storage part can be stably maintained with the lubricating oil supplied thereto regardless of the oil level in the second oil storage part.

Lubricating system of vehicle transmission device

A cooling system for a rotary electric machine which is provided in a vehicle for driving the vehicle. The cooling system includes: a first pump which is to be mechanically driven accompanying with running of the vehicle, to supply lubricant to the rotary electric machine; and a second pump which is to be driven by a second drive source that is other than a first drive source of the first pump, to supply the lubricant to the rotary electric machine. The first pump is configured to supply the lubricant, through a first passage, to an inside of a rotary shaft of a rotor core of the rotary electric machine. The second pump is configured to supply the lubricant, through a second passage, to a coil of a stator of the rotary electric machine.

Cooling system for vehicle rotary electric machine

Inside a casing, a gear chamber that accommodates a gear mechanism of a power transmission apparatus and also stores lubricating oil for lubricating the gear mechanism therein is partitioned across a first coupled part where case members are coupled to each other, and a road clearance of the first coupled part is set to be the lowest on a bottom surface of the casing and a cylinder block of an engine. A lower cover is provided with a projection upwardly projecting at a predetermined part thereof, the predetermined part being located apart from a position immediately below the first coupled part on the bottom surface, and a distance between the projection of the lower cover and the bottom surface is set to be smaller than a distance between the lower cover and the first coupled part.
