There is provided a vibration damping material capable of exhibiting excellent vibration damping performance and of reducing its own weight while having high rigidity. The vibration damping material of the present invention used so as to be installed on a panelof a vehicle includes a viscoelastic layerand a constraining layerprovided on one surface of the viscoelastic layer, wherein a relationship between a strain εa and a strain εb is 0<εa/εb<1, the strain εa being a strain on a surfaceof the constraining layeron the opposite side to the viscoelastic layer, and the strain εb being a strain on a surfaceof the constraining layeron a side in contact with the viscoelastic layer.

Damping material

This vehicular interior finishing material has a layered structure including n layers (where n is a natural number equal to or greater than 2), and at least includes a substrate that is a first layer and a skin layer that is an nth layer. The vehicular interior finishing material is configured such that formula (1) is satisfied, where di (mm) is the thickness of an i-th layer, Ei (MPa) is the Young's modulus, and ρ (g/cm3) is the density of the entire vehicular interior finishing material. In addition, this seat back panel is formed using the vehicular interior finishing material.

The example of the vehicular interior trim according to the present application is multilayer structure including at least a base material and a skin layer. The multilayer structure is configured to satisfy the relationships in the following expressions (1) and (2), where RSm (mm) is the average surface roughness of the base material in the horizontal direction, E1_80 is the Young's modulus of the base material at 80° C., d1 (mm) is the thickness of the base material, E2_80 (GPa) is the Young's modulus of the skin layer at 80° C., and d2 (mm) is the thickness of the skin layer. The vehicle interior material of the present invention has a multilayer structure, the material including: a hard core layer having a hollow portion inside; a design layer provided on one surface side of the core layer; a first film layer provided between the core layer and the design layer; and a second film layer provided on a surface of the core layer on a side opposite to the first film layer, wherein a strain ca is smaller than a strain εb, the strain εa being a strain on a surface of a structure on a side of the first film layer, the structure having the first film layer, the core layer, and the second film layer, and the strain εb being a strain on a surface of the structure on a side of the second film layer.

Vehicle interior material

There is provided a vibration damping material capable of exhibiting excellent vibration damping performance and of reducing its own weight while having high rigidity. The vibration damping material of the present invention used so as to be installed on a panel of a vehicle includes a viscoelastic layer and a constraining layer provided on one surface of the viscoelastic layer, wherein a relationship between a strain εa and a strain εb is 0<εa/εb<1, the strain εa being a strain on a surface of the constraining layer on the opposite side to the viscoelastic layer, and the strain εb being a strain on a surface of the constraining layer on a side in contact with the viscoelastic layer.

A sound-insulation material for a vehicle has high rigidity and is capable of exhibiting sufficient sound insulation performance against noise having a frequency of 500 Hz to 5000 Hz generated in a vehicle, while maintaining low weight. The sound-insulation material for a vehicle of the present invention has a multilayer structure, the material including: a hard layer having tubular cells, the tubular cells being arranged in a plurality of rows; and a soft layer provided on one surface of the hard layer, in which a ratio of a dynamic spring constant Kd to a static spring constant Ks, of a structure having the hard layer and the soft layer, is 0<Kd/Ks≤1.5.

Noise insulation material for automobile

There is provided a sound-absorbing material for a vehicle, capable of stably yielding desired sound absorption performance while reducing weight of the sound-absorbing material for a vehicle. The sound-absorbing material for a vehicle of the present invention has a multilayer structure, including: a core layer in which tubular cells are arranged in a plurality of rows; and an airflow-blocking resin film layer adhered to one surface of the core layer. The relationship between the Young's modulus E (MPa) of the airflow-blocking resin film layerand the surface density M (g/m) of the layer structure on the first airflow-blocking resin film layerside with respect to the core layeris 0.5<E/M<21.

Automotive sound absorption material

There is provided a sound-insulation material for a vehicle that can reduce the weight thereof and exhibit sufficient sound insulation performance against noise of 500 Hz to 6400 Hz generated in vehicles. The sound-insulation material for a vehicle, of the present invention, includes: a core layer having tubular cells, the tubular cells being arranged in a plurality of rows; an airflow-blocking resin film layer provided on one surface of the core layer; and a decoupling layer provided on the airflow-blocking resin film layer; and an average (P/v)/Za is 2.8 to 10 between 500 and 6400 Hz, where: P and v are respectively a sound pressure and a particle velocity on a surface of the airflow-blocking resin film layer provided on the core layer, the surface being opposite to the core layer; and Za is an acoustic impedance of the decoupling layer.
