A high-pressure tank comprising: a resin liner for a high-pressure tank including at least one opening portion; an aluminum mouth portion attached to the opening portion; and a reinforcement layer formed on an outer surface of the liner, wherein an aluminum oxide coating is formed on a surface of the aluminum mouth portion, the aluminum oxide coating includes a porous surface layer in which columns with an average height of 10 to 100 nm are arranged in a dispersed state, an average value of a percentages of the protruding portion area of the columns in randomly sampled 400 nm square visual fields of the porous surface layer is 5.0 to 26.0%, and an average value of the numbers of the columns in randomly sampled 400 nm square visual fields of the porous surface layer is 500 to 2000.

A model learning system comprises a server and a plurality of vehicles having control devices configured to be able to communicate with the server and configured to perform learning related control relating to machine learning. A method for manufacturing a membrane electrode and gas diffusion layer assembly includes: applying a catalyst ink including an ionomer to a second surface of an electrolyte membrane while conveying a first sheet in which a first surface of the electrolyte membrane is supported by a back sheet; drying the catalyst ink by blowing air vibrated with ultrasonic waves onto a surface of the catalyst ink to produce a second sheet in which a catalyst layer is provided on the second surface of the electrolyte membrane; forming a first roll by winding the second sheet; and producing a third sheet by stacking a gas diffusion layer on the catalyst layer and pressing them in a stacking direction as heating to join the catalyst layer and the gas diffusion layer while conveying the second sheet unwound from the first roll.
