An object of the present invention is to provide a novel monolayer and multilayer film that can be employed also for use in interior and exterior members of vehicles, and that have excellent transparency, surface hardness, chemical resistance, and stain resistance such as lactic acid resistance and sunscreen resistance. The present invention is directed to a fluororesin film formed with (C) a fluororesin comprising (B) a fluorinated (meth)acrylic resin that contains a fluorine-containing alkyl(meth)acrylate polymer component; and a fluororesin-laminated acrylic resin film, wherein the fluororesin film layer is laminated on at least one face of a film layer comprising (A) an acrylic resin.

Fluororesin film and fluororesin-laminated acrylic resin film

A method for producing a vinylidene fluoride resin film having excellent transparency, weather resistance, chemical resistance, break resistance and formability is provided. The film is shaped by sandwiching a vinylidene fluoride resin in a molten state between rollers or metal belts so as to let them cool down, thus realizing polyvinylidene fluoride with a fine average spherocrystal diameter. Thus, the vinylidene fluoride resin film having the above-stated properties can be obtained.

Method for producing vinylidene fluoride resin transparent film

An acrylic resin composition suitable for use as films excellent in transparency, weatherability, hardness, impact resistance, flex cracking resistance, and formability. The resin composition comprises an acrylic graft copolymer (A) including a rubbery acrylic ester polymer (A-a) and a methacrylic polymer (B) comprising 80 wt. % or more methyl methacrylate units, the acrylic resin composition having a specific value of reduced viscosity (0.2-0.8 dl/g), specific values of content (5-45 wt. %) and average particle diameter (50-200 nm) of the rubbery polymer (A-a), a specific relationship between the particle diameter and the crosslinking agent amount (0.02d&#x2266;w&#x2266;0.05d; d, average particle diameter (nm); w, amount of crosslinking agent (wt. %)), and a specific value of the degree of grafting (50-250%). The resin composition contains an ultraviolet absorber incorporated therein through copolymerization.

Methacrylic resin composition

A resin composition suitable for forming a film excellent in transparency, weatherability, hardness, shock resistance, bending-fracturing resistance, and moldability; and a film excellent in weatherability even when laminated on a molded body comprising a PVC resin composition containing a plasticizer is provided. The film having the above characteristics can be obtained by making a methacrylic resin composition into a film, the methacrylic resin composition comprising a methacrylic resin composition (C) obtained by polymerizing a methacrylate polymer (A) obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture mainly composed of alkyl methacrylate in the presence of acrylic crosslinked elastic particles (B) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture mainly composed of alkyl acrylate and a polyfunctional monomer with two or more non-conjugated double bonds per a molecule; and being copolymerized with 0.01 to 50 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber represented by the general formula (1).

Methacrylic resin composition, methacrylic resin film, and vinyl chloride molded article with the film layered

A vinylidene fluoride-based resin film including polyvinylidene fluoride whose average spherocrystal diameter is less than 0.1 &#x3bc;m that is a detection limit or lower by observation using a transmission electron microscope is provided, the average spherocrystal diameter being obtained by shaping a vinylidene fluoride-based resin in a molten state by sandwiching the resin between rollers or metal belts so as to let it cool down. Thereby, a vinylidene fluoride-based resin film and a vinylidene fluoride-based resin multilayered film having excellent transparency, weather resistance, chemical resistance, break resistance and formability are provided.

A thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A) and graft copolymer particles (B) having a hollow rubber portion and graft chain, in which a volumetric proportion of hollow part in the hollow rubber portion of the graft copolymer particles is 1 to 70% by volume. The thermoplastic resin composition contains the thermoplastic resin and the graft copolymer particles in a weight ratio (A)/(B) of 2/98 to 100/1. The hollow part in the graft copolymer particle functions to further improve impact resistance.

The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 25 to 90 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic ester copolymer (X), which is prepared by polymerizing 40 to 95% by weight of a (meth)acrylic ester, 0 to 40% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound, not more than 60% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound and 0 to 40% by weight of a monomer copolymerizable therewith, and has a glass transition temperature of not more than 20&deg; C. and a gel content of not more than 50% by weight, 5 to 75 parts by weight of a copolymer (Y), which has a glass transition temperature or a melting point not less than 50&deg; C., and 0 to 70 parts by weight of a graft copolymer (Z), which is prepared by polymerizing 5 to 95% by weight of a rubber polymer (A) and 5 to 95% by weight of a vinyl monomer (B), and wherein hardness thereof at 20&deg; C. measured by the method of JIS K6301 is 30 to 100.

A thermoplastic resin composition which has low rigidity such as bending strength, bending modulus and tensile strength, high impact resistance, and further low stress and large energy absorption at the time of impact, high heat deformation resistance and excellent moldability and comprises 5 to 65 by weight of the copolymer (I) having Tg (glass transition temperature) of not more than 20.degree. C., 20 to 80 parts by weight of the maleimide copolymer (II) and 15 to 75 part by weight of the graft copolymer (III) having a graft ratio of 10 to 70% so that the total amount of the copolymers (I), (II) and (III) becomes 100 parts by weight, can be obtained.
