The impeller of an electric blower includes a front shroud, a rear shroud, sheet-metal blades, a hub part, and an inducer having a plurality of blade parts. The inducer is configured to be divided into two parts: a first inducer composed of a first hub part and first blade parts; and a second inducer composed of a second hub part and second blade parts. The first inducer is disposed such that outer-peripheral blade-tips of the first blade parts are disposed in the proximity of the front shroud, and that the upper surface of the first hub part is proximally covered by the lower surface of a fastener.

Electric blower and electric cleaner using same

An oxygen enrichment apparatus includes a main body including an oxygen enriching unit and a pump unit for supplying oxygen-enriched air obtained by the oxygen enriching unit to a predetermined place; a ventilating unit for suctioning exterior air into the main body and discharging the exterior air out of the main body after supplying the exterior air into the oxygen enriching unit; and a control unit for controlling the pump unit and the ventilating unit. The ventilating unit and the control unit are installed in the main body. The main body further includes therein a secondary battery serving as a power supply for supplying a power to the pump unit, the ventilating unit and the control unit.

Oxygen enrichment apparatus

An electric blower includes an electric motor including a stator and a rotor. The impeller is rotated by the electric motor. An air guide having a plurality of guide blades is disposed around the impeller, and a casing encloses the impeller and the air guide. The casing is provided with a number of exhaust openings through which a part of an air stream suctioned by the impeller is discharged, and a circumferential length of each of the exhaust openings is substantially identical to a circumferential distance between outer peripheral ends of adjacent guide blades. Alternatively, the circumferential length of each of the exhaust openings may be less or greater than the circumferential distance between outer peripheral ends of adjacent guide blades.

Electric blower and vacuum cleaner using same

A vacuum cleaner includes an electric blower for generating a suction air stream and a dust collecting unit for collecting dirt particles contained in the suction air stream. The suction air stream passing through the dust collecting unit into the electric blower flows in an approximately linear path. A dust removing unit is provided for removing dirt particles adhered to the dust collecting unit. The dust removing unit is preferably disposed adjacent to a communication hole between the dust collecting chamber and an electric blower chamber.

Vacuum cleaner

A vacuum cleaner including an electric blower for generating suction air, a collecting unit for collecting dust contained in the suction air, a dust removing unit for removing dust adhered to the collecting unit, and a dust removing stop unit for stopping an operation of the dust removing unit. The dust removing stop unit stops the operation of the dust removing unit in response to a user's selection or an operation mode of the vacuum cleaner, thereby saving a power consumption of the dust removing unit.

An electric blower includes an electric motor having a rotating shaft and an impeller fixed to the rotating shaft for rotation. The impeller has a rear shroud fixed to the rotating shaft, a front shroud which faces the rear shroud and has an inlet hole to take in air, a plurality of blades disposed between the rear shroud and the front shroud, and an inducer which streamlines air flowing from the inlet hole and has a three dimensional-shaped vane. The inducer is formed separately from the blade and is disposed between the rear shroud and the front shroud, whereby an electric blower that is simple in structure, lower in clearance between parts, higher in strength, and lower in air loss is realized. Also, a practicable vacuum cleaner high in sucking performance is realized by the utilization of the electric blower.

Electric blower and vacuum cleaner using it

An electric blower includes a motor unit having a stator and a rotor, a fan unit having an impeller attached to an output shaft of the rotor, and a circuit unit having a heat-generating component for controlling electric power to the motor unit. The circuit unit is arranged in an airflow path of air expelled from an outer periphery of the impeller toward the stator and the rotor of the motor unit. The air suctioned by rotation of the impeller cools the heat-generating component in the circuit unit before cooling the stator and the rotor.
