An intra-oral imaging system includes an imaging device and a control device. The imaging device includes an imager, a controller, and a case in which the imager and the controller are housed. The imager performs imaging detection for detecting radiation in order to acquire an image of an object and monitoring detection for detecting radiation in order to monitor the dose of radiation. The controller transmits an imaging signal and a monitoring signal to the control device, the imaging signal acquired by the imaging detection and the monitoring signal acquired by the monitoring detection. The control device receives the imaging signal and the monitoring signal, and transmits a control command to the controller, the control command generated based on the monitoring signal. The controller controls the imager according to the control command.

Intra-oral imaging system and imaging apparatus

A radiation detection device includes a circuit board, a light receiving sensor having a light receiving region and a plurality of circuit regions, an FOP, a scintillator layer, and a plurality of wires. The FOP includes a first portion facing the light receiving region and fixed to the light receiving sensor, a second portion facing the circuit region while separated from the light receiving sensor, and a second portion facing the circuit region while separated from the light receiving sensor. The second portions are integrally formed with the first portion. One end of the wire is connected to the circuit region in a region between the light receiving sensor and the second portion, and one end of the wire is connected to the circuit region in a region between the light receiving sensor and the second portion.

Radiation detection device

An intraoral sensor includes an image sensor, an FOP, a scintillator, and a case. The FOP includes a first main surface, a second main surface, and a plurality of lateral surfaces. The first main surface and the second main surface have a polygonal shape. An edge of the second main surface is constituted by a plurality of corner portions, and a plurality of side portions connect the corner portions adjacent to each other. The scintillator is provided on the second main surface and the plurality of lateral surfaces in such a manner that the corner portions and the ridge portions constituted by the lateral surfaces adjacent to each other are exposed.

Intraoral sensor and method for producing intraoral sensor

An intraoral sensor includes an image sensor, an FOP, a scintillator, a case, and a signal cable. The FOP includes a first main surface, a second main surface, and a plurality of lateral surfaces. The first main surface and the second main surface have a polygonal shape. An edge of the second main surface is constituted by a plurality of corner portions, and a plurality of side portions. The scintillator is provided on the second main surface and the plurality of lateral surfaces in such a manner that a second corner portion out of the plurality of corner portions and a second ridge portion are exposed. The second corner portion located on a second direction side opposite to a first direction in which the signal cable extending beyond, and the second ridge portion constituted by the lateral surfaces adjacent to the second corner portion adjacent to each other.

Imaging device

The present invention relates to an X-ray image acquiring apparatus having a structure for improving the quality of an image signal representing an X-ray image captured. The X-ray image acquiring apparatus () comprises an imaging section (), a connecting section (), and a signal cable (L). The imaging section () outputs an image signal representing an X-ray image captured. The connecting section () has a structure attachable/detachable to a control circuit () for controlling the imaging section (). The signal cable (L) has one end connected to the imaging section () and the other end connected to the connecting section (), and is flexible. The signal cable (L) includes a detection signal line (L), a control signal line (L), an image signal line (L), and a GND line (L), which are used for transmitting signals exchanged between the imaging section () and the control circuit (), and a shield member () covering these lines (Lto L). Radiation imaging device and radiation imaging method

An apparatus includes: an imaging unit, an X-ray detecting unit, outputting, upon irradiation of X-rays, an X-ray detection signal over the irradiation period; an operation controlling unit, generating a trigger indicating an imaging start timing based on the X-ray detection signal and using the trigger to perform operation controlling of the imaging unit; and a signal cable L, containing, within a tube, one or a plurality of each of a detection signal line L, transmitting the X-ray detection signal, a controlling signal line L, transmitting a controlling signal for drive control of the imaging unit, and an image signal line L, transmitting image signals, resulting from imaging by the imaging unit, and in the signal cable L, the detection signal line Lis disposed at an inner central portion of the tubeand the other signal lines are disposed so as to surround the detection signal line L. The occurrence of malfunctions in the X-ray imaging apparatus is thereby reduced.

X-ray imaging device

When a signal Swith a pulse width corresponding to an entire X-ray irradiation period is input, a pulse P(signal S) with a predetermined pulse width is output at an input timing of the signal S, and when a new signal Sis input during output of the pulse P, the pulse P, being output, is extendingly output further for the above pulse width from the input timing of the signal S. Then in a state in which either or both of the signal Sand the pulse Pare being input, a pulse P(signal S), with a pulse width corresponding to a period of the input, is output at a start timing of the input period, and when the pulse Pis input, the imaging unitis controlled to start imaging based on a start timing of the pulse P. An X-ray imaging apparatus that can appropriately detect an imaging start timing and can perform taking of a good X-ray image while preventing malfunctions due to noise is thereby realized.

An X-ray imaging system is constituted of: an X-ray imaging device that includes a scintillator, which converts an X-ray image to an optical image, and an imaging element, which acquires an X-ray observed image by detecting the optical image generated by the scintillator; a first subtracter that performs a subtraction process between a first X-ray observed image, which contains a first noise image component, and a second X-ray observed image, which contains a second noise image component, to generate a noise image; a threshold value processing circuit that performs a threshold value process on the noise image to extract the first noise image component; and a second subtracter that subtracts the extracted first noise image component, from the first X-ray observed image to generate a noise- removed image.

X-ray imaging method and X-ray imaging system

An imaging device comprising a scintillator and a first and second imaging elements. The scintillator emits scintillation light in response to an incident of an energy beam. The imaging elements take an image of the scintillation light. These imaging elements have imaging faces opposing to each other, and the scintillator is disposed between these imaging faces so that the scintillator overlaps with these imaging faces.

Also, in the case where a plurality of the solid-state image pickup devices are used upon being made adjacent each other in the horizontal direction, parts at which image pickup is not carried out can be lessened. Also, the amount of lowering of the amounts of incident light on light-shielded pixels D can be corrected based on the output signals from light-shielded pixels D or other pixels A. By the above, a solid-state image pickup device, with which the dead zones can be made small and the photosensitive part can be made wide, and a solid-state image pickup device array, using such solid-state image pickup devices, can be realized.
