A label containing a base layer (A) and an adhesive layer (C) provided in contact with one surface of the base layer (A), wherein the base layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin and at least one of inorganic fine powder and an organic filler, and the base layer (A) is stretched in at least one direction, and the film has an internal bond strength measured according to TAPPI T569 of from 0.4 to 0.95 kg&#xb7;cm on a side of the adhesive layer (C) and from 0.4 to 1.5 kg&#xb7;cm on a side opposite thereto, is easily recognized by the naked eye for the fact that the film has been peeled from an adherend, and is difficult to be restored by re-adhering after peeling.

Disclosed is a stretched resin film comprising a layer (A) stretched in at least one axial direction and comprising 0 to 98 wt % of a polyolefinic resin, 2 wt % or more and less than 100 wt % of an amorphous resin and more than 0 wt % and 70 wt % or less of an inorganic finepowder and/or an organic filler. The stretched resin film of the present invention is resistant to becoming waved when offset-printed with widely-used, quick-drying offset printing inks, and thus has excellent printing properties.

The present invention discloses a multi-layered stretched resin film which comprises a base layer (A) containing 40 to 90 wt % of a polyolefinic resin and 10 to 60 wt % of an inorganic fine powder or an organic filler; and an amorphous resin-containing layer (B) provided on at least one side of such base layer (A), and containing 0 to 85 wt % of a polyolefinic resin and 15 to 100 wt % of an amorphous resin; where the amorphous resin-containing layer (B) has a porosity of 5% or below. Such multi-layered stretched resin film is successfully exempt from being waved or curled due to vehicle contained in offset printing ink during offset printing, and can thus ensure excellent printability.

Multi-layered stretched resin film

A multi-layered stretched resin film comprises a base layer (A) comprising more than 90 wt % of a polyolefinic resin and less than 10 wt % of an inorganic fine powder and/or an organic filler; and an amorphous resin-containing layer (B), comprising 0 to 85 wt % of a second polyolefinic resin, which may be the same or different than the first polyolefinic resin, and 15 to 100 wt % of an amorphous resin. The amorphous resin-containing layer (B) is disposed on at least one side of the base layer (A), and has a porosity of 5% or less. Such multi-layered stretched resin films are resistant to waving or curling caused by exposure to the vehicle component of offset printing inks during offset printing, and therefore have excellent printing properties.

A laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin film having thereon a coating layer containing (A) 100 parts by weight of an antistatic agent comprising a water-soluble quaternary nitrogen-containing polymer, (B) 10 to 600 parts by weight of a polyethyleneimine polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethyleneimine, alkyl-modified polyethyleneimine, poly(ethyleneimine-urea), and an ethyleneimine adduct of polyaminepolyamide, and (C) 25 to 1000 parts by weight of a polyalkylene ether polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, and derivatives thereof, each having a molecular weight of 200 to 20,000. The laminate has excellent antistatic properties and offset printability.
