A battery module includes: a cell laminated body; a first and a second end plates which are provided at both end portions of the cell laminated body; and a sensor device which is mounted on a mounting surface and detects the voltage of each cell in the cell laminated body. The sensor device includes: a sensor device body; and a sensor fixing portion which is fixed to the first end plate by a fastening member. In the perpendicular direction, an end surface of the fastening member is located to be lower than or equal to an end surface of the sensor device body, the mounting surface of the cell laminated body is located to be lower than a bottom surface of the sensor fixing portion, and an end surface of the first end plate is located to be lower than the mounting surface of the cell laminated body.

Battery module and battery unit having a sensor device mounted thereon

A battery module includes: a cell-stacked body constituted by stacking a plurality of cells; a plurality of bus bars, each of which connects terminals of adjacent cells; and a sensor device configured to detect a voltage of each cell. The sensor device is disposed above the plurality of bus bars disposed on an upper surface of the cell-stacked body as viewed from a width direction perpendicular to a stacking direction and an up-down direction, and includes a connector having a connection portion in the width direction. Each of the bus bars has a bent portion protruding upward between the cells to be connected. The connector is disposed between the bent portions of adjacent bus bars in the stacking direction, and a lower surface of the connector is provided at a position lower than an upper portion of the bent portion in the up-down direction.

Battery module

A battery module includes: a cell-stacked body constituted by stacking a plurality of cells; and a sensor device configured to detect a voltage of each cell. The sensor device is disposed on an upper portion of the cell-stacked body. The sensor device is provided with a sensor bulging portion which bulges downward, and the upper portion of the cell-stacked body is provided with a low-height portion accommodating the sensor bulging portion.

A cooling structure of a power storage device includes a cooling plate, a partition member, and a heat conduction material. The cooling plate is to cool a storage battery bank including storage batteries which are stacked. The partition member is disposed between the storage battery bank and the cooling plate and includes divided areas. At least one of the storage batteries is provided in each of the divided areas. The heat conduction material is accommodated in at least one of the divided areas and is in contact with the at least one of the storage batteries and the cooling plate.

Cooling structure of power storage device

A power supply apparatus includes a plurality of battery modules, a support plate, a plurality of first reinforcing projections, and a plurality of second reinforcing projections. The support plate supports the battery modules and includes a first plate and a second plate. The first plate thermally contacts bottom surfaces of the battery modules. The second plate is placed on a bottom surface of the first plate to define cooling spaces between the first and second plates. A coolant is to flow in the cooling spaces. The plurality of first reinforcing projections is provided on at least one of the first and second plates. The first reinforcing projections project into the cooling spaces and extend in a first direction. The plurality of second reinforcing projections is provided on a top surface of the first plate and extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction.
