[Problem] To provide a compound which is useful as an active ingredient for a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating urine storage dysfunction, voiding dysfunction, lower urinary tract dysfunction, and the like. [Means for Solution] The present inventors have found that a thiazole derivative substituted with pyrazinylcarbonylamino at the 2-position is an excellent muscarinic Mreceptor-positive allosteric modulator and is expected as an agent for preventing or treating bladder/urinary tract diseases associated with bladder contractions via a muscarinic Mreceptor, thereby completing the present invention. 2-Acylaminothiazole derivative or a salt thereof of the present invention is expected as an agent for preventing or treating bladder/urinary tract diseases associated with bladder contractions via a muscarinic Mreceptor, for example voiding dysfunction such as underactive bladder.

2-acylaminothiazole derivative or salt thereof

[Problem] To provide a compound useful as a MTand/or MTreceptor agonist. [Solution] The present inventors have studied on MTand/or MTreceptor agonists, and have confirmed that indole compounds have the activity. As a result, the present invention is accomplished. That is, a compound represented by formula (I) or a salt thereof according to the present invention has a MTand/or MTreceptor agonistic activity and has a low ability of migrating into central nervous system. Therefore, the compound or a salt thereof can be used as a peripheral MTand/or MTreceptor agonist, and therefore can be used as a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for urinary incontinence, particularly stress urinary incontinence and mixed urinary incontinence. 

Indole compound

Thiazole derivatives having pyrazine-2-carbonylamino substituted at the 2-position of the following formula (I): are excellent muscarinic Mreceptor positive allosteric modulators, and are useful for treating bladder or urinary tract diseases, related to bladder contraction by a muscarinic Mreceptor. The 2-acylaminothiazole derivatives and salts thereof can be used for treating bladder or urinary tract diseases, related to bladder contraction by a muscarinic Mreceptor, for example, voiding dysfunctions such as underactive bladder.

As a result of extensive studies on NAD(P)H oxidase inhibitors, the present inventors found that a quinolone derivative having, at the 2-position, an alkyl group substituted with a heteroatom or the like has an excellent NAD(P)H oxidase inhibitory activity, and accomplished the present invention. The compound of the present invention has a reactive oxygen species production inhibitory activity based on the NAD(P)H oxidase inhibitory activity, and therefore can be used as an agent for preventing and/or treating diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, diabetic complications and the like.

Quinolone derivative

Provided is a compound useful as an N-type Cachannel blocker. As a result of intensive studies of compounds having an action of blocking N-type Cachannels, the present inventors found that a tetrahydroisoquinoline compound of the present invention having a substituent at the 1-position has an action of blocking the N-type Cachannels, an antinociceptive pain action, an antineuropathic pain action, an abdominal pain-inhibitory action and an opioid-induced constipation-improving action, and the present invention has been completed based on these findings. The compound of the present invention can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating various pains such as neuropathic pain and nociceptive pain, headaches such as migraine and cluster headache, central nervous system diseases such as anxiety, depression, epilepsy, cerebral stroke and restless legs syndrome, abdominal symptoms such as abdominal pain and abdominal distension, stool abnormalities such as diarrhea and constipation, digestive system diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, urinary system diseases such as overactive bladder and interstitial cystitis, etc.

Acylaminopiperidine compound

A key top of a key switch is formed so as to extend in a horizontal direction, not in a vertical direction. On a rear surface of the key top, a reinforcing member that horizontally extends is mounted on one end portion in the vertical direction and a torsion bar that horizontally extends is rotatably supported on the other end portion in the vertical direction. When the key top is pressed against a biasing force of an elastic member, the reinforcing member prevents the key top from deforming.

A method for classifying wet coal for obtaining coal charges suitable for use in a coke oven comprising classifying the wet coal directly in a cylindrical screen which rotates and revolves around an eccentric rotation shaft while blowing a high pressure gas stream to the screen to eliminate adhesion of the wet coal particles to the screen. The method enables a continuous and consistent classification of wet coals without the clogging of the screen and the dust pollution. The cokes obtained by dry distillation of the coal classified by the present method show high quality.
