A sealed refrigerant compressor (A) accommodates an electric component (A) and a compression component () in a sealed container (). A crankshaft () included in the compression component () includes a main shaft part () and an eccentric shaft part (). A main shaft part () is secured to a rotor (A) of the electric component (A). The rotor (A) is provided with a balance adjustment means such as a balance hole (), which adjusts an unbalanced load caused by the structure of the main shaft part ().

Sealed refrigerant compressor and refrigeration device

A hermetic compressor includes, inside hermetic container (), electric motor element (), compression element () driven by electric motor element (), and lubricating oil () for lubricating compression element (). The hermetic compressor further includes vibration damping member () having one part fixed to hermetic container () and another part being free end part (). Structurally, a natural frequency of vibration damping member () is in substantial conformity with a natural frequency of hermetic container ().

Hermetic compressor and refrigeration device

A sealed compressor according to the present invention comprises an electric element; a compression element; a sealed container; and a suction pipe. The compression element includes a compression chamber, a piston provided inside of the compression chamber, and a suction muffler communicating with the inside of the sealed container and the compression chamber. The suction muffler is laid out such that an opening portion thereof at the sealed container side faces an opening portion of the suction pipe at the sealed container side. The suction muffler includes: a hood section provided in the vicinity of the opening portion of the suction muffler to extend toward the inside of the sealed container, the hood section being configured to collect cooling medium gas discharged from the suction pipe; and an auxiliary hood fastened to the hood section and formed in a manner to increase a collection area of the hood section.

Sealed compressor

The present invention provides a refrigerant compressor which may assure excellent reliability while using low-viscosity refrigerant. The refrigerant compressor is characterized in that the viscosity of oil stored in hermetic container ranges from VG3 to VG8, and the boiling component at 350&#xb0; C. or over is not less than 10% and not higher than 30% in volume ratio, and the boiling component at 300&#xb0; C. or less is not less than 50% and not higher than 70% in volume ratio. Accordingly, the input reduction at sliding surfaces can be realized, and the lubricant is evaporated, therefore it is possible to prevent defective compression caused by PET (polyethylene phthalate) or the like deposited on the surfaces of the discharge reed and the like, and to enhance the efficiency and reliability.

A method for manufacturing a thin-film transistor, includes: preparing a substrate; forming a gate electrode above the substrate; forming a gate insulating layer above the gate electrode; forming a semiconductor film above the gate insulating layer; forming, above the semiconductor film, a protective layer comprising an organic material; forming a source electrode and a drain electrode above the protective layer; forming a semiconductor layer patterned, by performing dry etching on the semiconductor film; removing at least a portion of a region of an altered layer, the region contacting the semiconductor layer, the altered layer being a surface layer of the protective layer that is altered by the dry etching; and forming a passivation layer having a major component identical to a major component of the protective layer so as to contact the semiconductor layer in a region in which the altered layer has been removed.

Thin-film transistor and method for manufacturing thin-film transistor

A plasma display panel (PDP) is made of front panel () and a rear panel. The front panel includes display electrodes (), dielectric layer (), and protective layer () that are formed on glass substrate (). The rear panel includes electrodes, barrier ribs, and phosphor layers that are formed on a substrate. The front panel and the rear panel are faced with each other, and the peripheries thereof are sealed to form a discharge space therebetween. Each of display electrodes () contains at least silver. Dielectric layer () is made of first dielectric layer () that contains bismuth oxide and calcium oxide and covers display electrodes (), and second dielectric layer () that contains bismuth oxide and barium oxide and covers first dielectric layer ().

Plasma display panel

A plasma display panel (PDP) is made of front panel () and a rear panel. The front panel includes display electrodes (), dielectric layer (), and protective layer () that are formed on front glass substrate (). The rear panel includes electrodes, barrier ribs, and phosphor layers that are formed on a substrate. The front panel and the rear panel are faced with each other, and the peripheries thereof are sealed to form a discharge space therebetween. Each of display electrodes () contains at least silver. Dielectric layer () is made of first dielectric layer () that contains bismuth oxide covering display electrodes (), and second dielectric layer () that contains bismuth oxide covering first dielectric layer (). The content of bismuth oxide in second dielectric layer () is smaller than the content of bismuth oxide in first dielectric layer ().

A plasma display panel (PDP) and a method of producing the same are provided. In the PDP, airtightness of discharge space is maintained and the performance of the PDP does not deteriorate while a sealing part containing POand SnO is provided. The sealing member with which such PDP can be obtained also is provided. The PDP includes a pair of substrates that are disposed facing each other so that a discharge space is formed therebetween, and peripheries of the pair of substrates are sealed together, with a first sealing part. The first sealing part includes a glass composition containing POand SnO, and a refractory filler. The organic matter content in the first sealing part is less than 11 ppm.

Plasma display panel, method of producing the same, and sealing member

A plasma display panel of the present invention includes display electrodes and address electrodes that cross each other. The electrode to be covered with the first dielectric layer contains at least one selected from silver and copper. The first glass contains BiO. The first glass further contains 0 to 4 wt % of MoOand 0 to 4 wt % of WO, and the total of the contents of MoOand WOthat are contained in the first glass is in a range of 0.1 to 8 wt %. The first glass may contain, as components thereof: 0 to 15 wt % SiO; 10 to 50 wt % BO; 15 to 50 wt % ZnO; 0 to 10 wt % AlO; 2 to 40 wt % BiO; 0 to 5 wt % MgO; 5 to 38 wt % CaO+SrO+BaO; 0 to 4 wt % MoO; and 0 to 4 wt % WO, and the total of the contents of MoOand WOthat are contained in the first glass is in the range of 0.1 to 8 wt %.

Plasma display panel and method of producing the same

A hermetic compressor has a hermetic container, a suction pipe, a compressing mechanism and a suction muffler. The suction pipe includes a large diameter part opening to an inside of the hermetic container and a small diameter part connected to an external refrigerating system, and the suction pipe is fixed with the hermetic container. The compressing mechanism is accommodated inside the hermetic container. The suction muffler forms a muffling space communicated with the compressing mechanism. The suction muffler is provided with an inlet opening which communicates the muffling space with an inside space of the hermetic container and faces closely an opening of the large diameter part of the suction pipe.

Hermetic compressor

A reciprocating compressor includes a compressing unit placed over a motor unit. A crankshaft, which converts rotating action of the motor unit into reciprocating action of a piston of the compressing unit, has (a) a centrifugal pump provided at a lower section of the crankshaft, and (b) a pair of spiral pumps that communicate with the centrifugal pump and have leading grooves running in opposite directions to each other. The crankshaft also includes a pair of eccentric paths at its upper section. The eccentric paths open into an enclosed container and communicate with the spiral pumps respectively. This structure allows production of greater force for transferring lubricant oil regardless of the rotating direction of the crankshaft.
