A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a step of preparing a dicing/die-bonding integrated film including an adhesive layer formed of a heat-curable resin composition having a melt viscosity of 3100 Pa&#xb7;s or higher at 120&#xb0; C., a tacky adhesive layer, and a base material film; a step of sticking a surface on the adhesive layer side of the dicing/die-bonding integrated film and a semiconductor wafer together; a step of dicing the semiconductor wafer; a step of expanding the base material film and thereby obtaining adhesive-attached semiconductor elements; a step of picking up the adhesive-attached semiconductor element from the tacky adhesive layer; a step of laminating this semiconductor element to another semiconductor element, with the adhesive interposed therebetween; and a step of heat-curing the adhesive.

Method for manufacturing semiconductor device, heat-curable resin composition, and dicing-die attach film

An image display device element, a filter element, and a reflective element allow a brightened display screen displaying red, green, blue, and composite colors through use of a single light-emitting portion. The image display device has a first element where a boundary wavelength between light absorption and light transmission or between reflection in an oblique direction and light transmission is variable or fixed and a second element where a wavelength region to be reflected is variable or fixed. The boundary wavelength of the first element and/or the wavelength region of the second element is variable. A positional relationship exists where light transmitted by the first element is incident on the second element. Controlling overlap between light transmission bands of the elements through varying the boundary wavelength of the first element and/or the wavelength region of the second element varies a band and amount of light reflected by the second element.

Display element

A differential pressure type high pressure water electrolysis apparatus has a flow passage forming member for supplying water to an anode. In the flow passage forming member, there are formed a water receiving section for receiving water supplied from the exterior, a distributing path for distributing the water that has flowed into the water receiving section, a converging path into which a surplus supplied amount of water flows, and a water discharging section for receiving the water inside the converging path and discharging it to the exterior. The positions of the distributing path and the converging path are offset from an opposing position where a seal member faces toward a pressure resistant member that surrounds the seal member from the exterior.

Water electrolysis apparatus

A differential pressure type high pressure water electrolysis apparatus includes a seal member, which is sandwiched between a cathode side separator and a membrane electrode assembly, and surrounds a cathode electrode catalyst layer, and a pressure resistant member surrounding the seal member from an outer side thereof. A surface pressure applying member is interposed between the seal member and the pressure resistant member. The surface pressure applying member receives a pressing force from the seal member, and applies pressure to the membrane electrode assembly.

A permeability evaluation method for evaluating permeability of heavy metal ions through a specimen, comprising a step of, in a state in which a first liquid containing heavy metal ions and a second liquid containing water and an organic solvent are separated by a specimen, applying a voltage between a positive electrode provided on the side of the first liquid and a negative electrode provided on the side of the second liquid and measuring the value of the current flowing between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the specimen contains an insulating material used in semiconductor production, and the heavy metal ion concentration of the first liquid is 0.5 mg/kg or more.

A method for easily producing a graphite powder for use as a lithium secondary battery negative electrode material with small specific surface area while reducing energy consumption, and achieving high graphitization efficiency, includes melt-mixing a coke powder and a carbon precursor binder so that an amount of fixed carbon included in the carbon precursor binder is 5 to 15 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the coke powder, to prepare a mixture, and pressing the mixture to prepare a compact, the coke powder being obtained by heating a green coke powder at 600 to 1450&#xb0; C. in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, the green coke powder having a cumulative particle size at 50% in a volumetric cumulative particle size distribution of 5 to 50 &#x3bc;m; heating the compact in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to effect carbonization and graphitization to obtain a graphitized compact; and grinding the graphitized compact.

Process for manufacturing graphite powder for lithium secondary battery negative electrode material

A main power supply supplies a power supply voltage to a power supply terminal of a DUT. A control pattern generator generates a control pattern including a pulse sequence. A compensation circuit intermittently injects a compensation current to the power supply terminal of the DUT via a path different from that of the main power supply. A switch is arranged between an output terminal of a voltage source and the power supply terminal of the DUT, and is turned on and off according to the control pattern.

A data signal is transmitted synchronously with a clock signal, and contains n phases (n represents an integer of 2 or more) of data for each cycle of the clock signal. A first time to digital converter generates clock change point information which represents the change timing of the clock signal. A second time to digital converter receives a data sequence in increments of cycles of the clock signal, and generates data change point information items which represent the change timing of the data in increments of phases of the data. A calculation unit calculates difference data between the change timing represented by the data change point information and the change point timing represented by the clock change point information in increments of phases. Method for producing a fuel cell separator

A first transform unit transforms clock change point information which indicates the change timing of a clock signal into information with respect to the frequency domain thereof so as to generate first clock change point frequency information. A digital filter performs filtering of the first clock change point frequency information so as to generate second clock change point frequency information. A second transform unit inverse-transforms the second clock change point frequency information into information with respect to the time domain so as to generate second clock change point information. A judgment unit evaluates a DUT based upon difference data between the change timing represented by the data change point information and the change timing represented by the second clock change point information in increments of phases.

A time measurement circuit measures the time difference between edges of a first signal and a second signal. A sampling circuit acquires the logical level of the first signal at a timing of the edge of the second signal. When a sampling circuit enters a metastable state, an output signal thereof transits with a long time scale. A transition time measurement circuit measures a transition time (settling time) of the output signal of the sampling circuit in the metastable state.
