A webbing winding device includes a spool, a sensor lever, a solenoid, and a controller. In a state where the sensor lever is disposed at the first position, the rotation in the drawing-out direction of the spool is enabled, and in a state where the sensor lever is disposed at the second position, the rotation in the drawing-out direction of the spool is locked. When the solenoid is actuated, a part of the sensor lever is attracted and the sensor lever is displaced from the first position to the second position. The controller adjusts the attracting force by which the solenoid attracts a part of the sensor lever. The controller adjusts the attracting force after completion of displacement to the second position of the sensor lever to an attracting force weaker than the attracting force F at the time of completion of displacement to the second position.

An elevator door control system comprises a door sensor, a door motor control unit, a transmission unit being wired by a cable as part of or all of a transmission path between the door sensor and the door motor control unit, a storage unit to store a change in a binary signal indicating detection of an obstacle in association with a door position at a time of the change in the binary signal. A partially broken state of the cable is determined by evaluating reproducibility of the door position at the time of the change in the binary signal on the basis of the timing of the change in the binary signal and a door position at the time of the change in the binary signal. The partially broken state of the cable caused by repeated bending deformation of the cable can be determined.

Elevator door control system

In a vehicle emergency, a spool of a webbing take-up device is rotated in a pull-out direction such that a main lock is displaced toward a rotation-radial direction outside of the spool and engages with a clutch gear configuring a first rotation body. Rotation of the spool in the pull-out direction is thus restricted. Also in a vehicle emergency, the first rotation body is rotated in a take-up direction of the spool such that the main lock engages with the first rotation body, and rotation force of the first rotation body is transmitted to the spool through the main lock and the spool is rotated in the take-up direction.

A webbing retractor includes a spool, a motor, a force limiter mechanism, a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a ratchet gear, a pawl body and a control section. The ratchet gear is provided at one of the first rotating body or the second rotating body. The pawl body is provided at another of the first rotating body or the second rotating body. The pawl body can engage with the ratchet gear in a case in which the first rotating body rotates toward one side, and engagement of the pawl body with the ratchet gear being cancelled in a case in which the first rotating body rotates toward another side. The control section drives the motor to rotate in reverse, such that the first rotating body rotates toward another side in a case in which a physical amount relating to load of the passenger exceeds a predetermined value during forward rotational driving.

Webbing retractor

In a webbing take-up device, an open portion is formed in the other side, in a direction about a rotational axis of a switch pawl, of a sensor holder. In a state where an engagement piece is positioned on the outside of the open portion, the switch pawl is rotated about a shaft to cause the engagement piece to enter in a window portion, so, a distal end of the engagement piece, bent in a hook shape, faces to a regulation wall in an axial direction of the shaft. It is not necessary to elastically deform the engagement piece when bringing the regulation wall and the engagement piece into facing. Therefore, the engagement allowance in the engagement piece with the regulation wall can be enlarged and the distal end of the engagement piece can be prevented from crossing over the regulation wall and moving toward the shaft side.

The present invention provides a webbing take-up device that can effectively suppress tilt of a rotation body when an actuation member has been actuated. In a webbing take-up device, tilt restricting portions are provided at a V gear. The tilt restricting portions are provided at a radial direction inner side than a place of engagement between a W pawl and ratchet teeth of a sensor holder and project further toward a sensor holder side than an end surface at the sensor holder side, which end surface is at the outer side in the radial direction than the place of engagement. For this reason, tilt of the V gear with respect to its axial direction can be restricted.

In a webbing take-up device, a cut-out portion is formed in a close-off portion that closes off a pawl housing groove from a side opposite a spool body side. For this reason, the close-off portion is not formed in a position facing ratchet teeth which is at from a second ratchet tooth from a take-up direction side to the other side. Due to this, even if a head portion of a lock pawl, particularly a take-up direction side portion of the head portion, is displaced in such a way as to move away from the spool body, the head portion does not come into contact with the close-off portion or, even if the head portion comes into contact with the close-off portion, a force with which the head portion presses the close-off portion becomes smaller.

If a V-gear abruptly rotates in a pulled-out direction due to reaction generated by rotation in a take-up direction being stopped when rotating in a take-up direction, a restriction body restricts swinging of a W-pawl in operation direction, so that lock of pulling-out of a webbing from a spool is suppressed. An insertion portion of a frictional spring of the restriction body is caught by an abut portion and a catching portion of a support hole. At an opening-side portion of the support hole, an enlarged portion is formed such that a position other than a position of the catching portion at the opening-side portion is enlarged compared to that of the catching portion. Even if the minimum-diameter of the support hole is small, strength of a molding portion for the support hole in a mold for the V-gear can be improved and lifetime thereof can be longer.

An extension rib extends from a pressing portion in the take-up direction of an ALR cam and is formed to be able to abut with an ALR pawl. Accordingly, when the ALR cam excessively rotates in the pull-out direction with respect to a set position in a maximal pulled-out state, the ALR pawl abuts the extension rib. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress a state in which the ALR pawl climbs over the pressing portion and engages with a V-gear. Namely, even if a rotation variation of the ALR cam becomes large by setting a speed reduction ratio of speed reduction mechanism to a small value, it is possible to absorb such variation by the extension rib. Thus, it is possible to absorb rotation variation of the ALR cam while improving accuracy of switching timing from the ELR (or ALR) state to the ALR (or ELR) state.

In an acceleration sensor, a guide portion is formed on a swing push-us member contiguous to a pushing portion and further to a pull-out direction side than the pushing portion. A top-edge portion of the guide portion is sloped to gradually get lower on progression away from the pushing portion in the pull-out direction. When a coupling claw moves in the take-up direction together with the sensor gear, the guide portion contacts the coupling claw from below the leading end of the coupling claw. The guide portion swings the coupling claw upwards as the sensor gear is rotating in the take-up direction, and guides the coupling claw to be on the pushing portion. The swing push-us member can be prevented from unintentionally obstructing the coupling claw when the sensor gear is returning to the initial position, even without provision of structure to restrict the swing push-us member from rising.

An inertial (mass) body is relatively rotatably provided on a V gear. Further, a ring is provided at the outer peripheral side of the V gear so as to be rotatable and displacable in the rotational radial direction of the V gear. When the V gear is suddenly rotated with a spool, the mass relatively pivots to the side opposite to the side of the pull out direction, and displaces to the outside in the rotational radial direction of the V gear. By doing so, an inner peripheral portion of the ring contacts with an outer peripheral portion of the V gear, and the ring rotates with the V gear. Due to this a pressing portion provided at an outer peripheral portion of the ring displaces an interlocking pawl, meshing the interlocking pawl with ratchet teeth on an outer peripheral portion of the V gear.

Webbing retracting device

The present invention provides a process for producing 5-iodo-2-methylbenzoic acid through iodination of 2-methylbenzoic acid, the process including, as essential steps, a reaction step of iodinating 2-methylbenzoic acid in the presence of a microporous compound, iodine, an oxidizing agent, and acetic anhydride, and a purification step including sublimation, distillation, crystallization, or a combination of two or more of these. According to the present invention, 5-iodo-2-methylbenzoic acid, which is useful for producing functional chemicals such as drugs, can be produced at high purity and high yield in a simple manner. Since the production process includes a simple reaction step and a simple separation/purification step, the load of purification is mitigated. In addition, the microporous compound such as a zeolite catalyst which has been separated and recovered from the reaction mixture can be repeatedly employed after performing of a simple treatment. Thus, the production process ensures a long service life of catalysts and high efficiency.
