A system is provided which can achieve reliability of a notification about a moving manner of a work machine for a worker regardless of the distance between the work machine and the worker. A sign image M is projected onto a peripheral region of the worker (for example, a ground surface which is present in the vicinity of the worker to the extent that the worker is capable of visually recognizing the sign image M) by an unmanned aircraft. The sign image M is an image which represents a moving manner of a work machine. Thus, regardless of the distance between the work machineand the worker, reliability of a notification about the moving manner of the work machinefor the worker is achieved compared to a case where the sign image M is projected onto an irrelevant place to the position of the worker.

Work assistance system and work assistance composite system

A working machine control device includes a camera that obtains a captured image by imaging a particular part that is a part of a lower travelling body, and a controller, in which the controller includes a setting unit that sets a target slewing angle of an upper slewing body with respect to the lower travelling body, and a display control unit that causes a display unit to display a display screen in which a target image indicating a target position of the particular part is displayed in a superimposed manner at a position on the captured image, the position being where the particular part is displayed when a slewing angle of the upper slewing body with respect to the lower travelling body reaches the target slewing angle.

Working machine control device

A master acquires, from a slave, a surrounding image obtained by capturing an image of surroundings of a construction machine from inside a cab seat of the construction machine, determines whether or not a working device is included in the surrounding image, and in a case of determining that the working device is not included in the surrounding image, calculates a position of the working device from a posture of the construction machine and displays, on a display device, a display object for informing an operator of the calculated position, together with the surrounding image.

Remote control system and main control device

On detection of a difference between the operation amount detected by a first sensor and the operation amount received by a first communication unit from a slave, a master side controller executes at least one of stop control to automatically stop a construction machine and alarm control to cause a warning device to issue an alarm. On detection of a difference between the operation amount detected by a second sensor and the operation amount received by a communication unit from the master, a slave side controller executes at least one of the stop control to automatically stop the construction machine and the alarm control to cause the warning device to issue the alarm.

Remote control system

A construction machine includes: a partition member partitioning an accommodation space in an engine compartment into a main chamber and an intake chamber while having an inter-chamber opening; a fan disposed in the main chamber to generate cooling air flowing through an air intake opening, the intake chamber, the inter-chamber opening, and the main chamber in this order by sucking air in the engine compartment in a suction direction; a duct joined to an outer wall to enclose the air intake opening and including an inner peripheral surface enclosing a duct passage leading to the air intake opening and an outer peripheral surface. The duct extends in a duct extension direction different from the suction direction of the fan, disposed in the intake chamber to define a duct surrounding space around the outer peripheral surface of the duct.

Construction machine

Provided is a construction machine capable of smooth exhaust and suppression of a leak of noise from an engine room, including an engine guard defining an engine room, a cooling fan disposed in the engine room, a projection element projecting upward beyond the engine guard, and an exhaust duct. The exhaust duct has a bent shape including a first duct section extending along an axial flow direction of the cooling fan from an upstream end portion surrounding a duct inlet to a connection portion and a second duct section extending upward from the connection portion and surrounding a duct outlet opened upward, also including an engine concealment section obstructing a direct view to an engine through the duct outlet from outside the engine room.

Construction machine including engine

Provided is a construction machine including exhaust ducts and favorably discharging air from an engine room through an air outlet. The construction machine includes an engine room with an upper wall portion and a cooling fan, the upper wall portion formed with first and second exhaust ducts. The first exhaust duct includes an upstream portion extending in a first horizontal direction and a downstream portion extending upward from a terminal end of the upstream portion to a first air outlet. The second exhaust duct includes a cross portion crossing the upstream portion in a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction above the upstream portion. The cross portion allows air to flow from a second air inlet opened downward and sideward of the upstream portion to a second air outlet opposite to the second air inlet, through an upper side of the upstream portion.

Construction machine with engine

A construction machine includes: an engine room provided with an intake opening and a discharge opening; a fan for sucking cooling air into the engine room through the intake opening; a duct provided in the engine room so as to communicate with the discharge opening and discharging the cooling air sucked into the engine room to an outside of the engine room through the discharge opening; and an exhaust gas pipe guiding exhaust gas discharged from the engine into the duct. A portion on a distal end side of the exhaust gas pipe is inserted into the duct, and the inserted portion of the exhaust gas pipe inserted into the duct is formed with an exhaust hole which causes the exhaust gas to be discharged in a direction different from a flowing direction of discharge wind in the duct through the exhaust hole.

A hydraulic tubing support that reduces noise transmitted to an operator due to pulsation of hydraulic oil in a junction tube. The hydraulic tubing support structure includes a pair of left and right remote control valves for generating pilot pressures for the plurality of hydraulic actuators in response to an input operation performed on each operating lever, pump-side tubes and tank-side tubes respectively extending from the respective remote control valves, a junction tube for allowing communication of the tubes guided to below a floor plate through a through hole and communication of the tubes guided to below the floor plate through a through hole, and a middle reinforcement beam extending in a right-and-left direction and fixed to the lower surface of the floor plate. The junction tube is fixed to the middle reinforcement beam in a non-contact state with the floor plate.

Hydraulic tubing support structure and operating machine provided therewith

A construction machine includes an exhaust duct for discharging a lower airflow to the exterior of an engine room. An air inlet for introducing air into the exhaust duct is provided in an upper portion of the exhaust duct, and an air outlet for discharging the air from the exhaust duct is provided in a lower portion of the exhaust duct. An air passage is formed in the interior of the exhaust duct between the air inlet and the air outlet. The exhaust duct is disposed on an exhaust side of the engine room such that the air introduced into the air passage in the exhaust duct through the air inlet is discharged below the engine room from the air outlet through a discharge port, and such that a hydraulic pump provided on the exhaust side of the engine room is shielded from the discharge port by the exhaust duct.

A construction machine includes: a lower propelling body; and an upper slewing body which is slewably mounted on the lower propelling body. The upper slewing body includes: an engine room provided with an intake opening and a discharge opening; a duct provided in the engine room so as to communicate with the discharge opening; and an exhaust gas pipe which guides exhaust gas discharged from the engine into the duct. The discharge opening and an outlet of the duct are open downward from the engine room. A portion on a distal end side of the exhaust gas pipe is inserted into the duct. The duct and the exhaust gas pipe are configured to cause the exhaust gas to be mixed with cooled air in the duct and cause the mixture of the exhaust gas and the cooled air to be discharged downward from the discharge opening.

A construction machine includes an engine disposed in an engine room, a heat exchanger disposed in the engine room, an air intake passage configured to provide a communication between the interior and the exterior of the engine room, and a cooling fan disposed in the engine room. The cooling fan is configured to draw external air into the engine room through the air intake passage by rotation thereof, and to flow the external air for allowing the external air to pass the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger has an air intake surface formed on a side portion thereof. The air intake surface is a surface configured to receive airflow to be drawn into the heat exchanger. The air intake passage is configured to flow the external air drawn to the air intake passage along a route passing a position over the heat exchanger and reaching the air intake surface.

A construction machine capable of effectively reducing noise which would intrude into a cab, without deterioration in ride quality, comfort and air-conditioning efficiency in the cab is provided. The construction machine includes a lower propelling body, an upper slewing body including an upper frame, a cab including a floor plate and installed on the upper frame, and a cab noise reduction device. The cab noise reduction device includes: the floor plate; an under-cab member including a cab deck supporting the cab and provided under the cab to define a closed-form under-cab space whose periphery is substantially closed, in cooperation with the floor plate; and a resonator reducing noise in the under-cab space by a resonance effect.

Engine noise of a construction machine is effectively reduced without reducing cooling performance and with an increase in the height of a body cover kept minimum. To achieve the above, an air-intake opening portion () and an air discharge opening portion () are arranged in a body cover () of an upper rotating body (), and a cooling fan () in an engine room covered by the body cover () is driven, taking cooling air in from the air-intake opening portion () to cool a heat exchanger () in the body cover () and discharging the air from the air discharge opening portion (). The air-intake opening portion () is laterally offset from a position facing to a ventilation surface of the heat exchanger (). Alternatively, plural air-intake opening portions are located in a scattered manner such that the plural air-intake opening portions include the offset air-intake opening portion offset from the ventilation surface of the heat exchanger ().

In a construction machine comprising an engine, hydraulic device, and heat exchanger for cooling the engine and the hydraulic device, which are all disposed in an upper rotating body of the construction machine, there is formed a maintenance passage along which maintenance portions of the engine and the hydraulic device are disposed so as to cross the upper rotating body. Exhaust air from cooling fans for sending air to the heat exchanger is discharged to the exterior of the machine body through the passage. Thus, the passage is utilized as an exhaust air passage for the heat exchanger, whereby it is possible to provide a construction machine improved in cooling efficiency for the heat exchanger.
