An electronic component includes an internal component, an inner case, and an outer case. The inner case is hermetically sealed and houses the internal component. The outer case is arranged outside the inner case with a gap between the outer case and the inner case. The outer case includes an opening. The opening communicates the gap with an outside of the outer case.

Electronic component

A relay includes a housing, a fixed terminal, a screw receiving member, and at least one female screw member. The fixed terminal has a plate shape. The fixed terminal includes a fastening portion having at least one screw insertion hole. The fastening portion is exposed from the housing to an outside and is screwed to an external terminal. The screw receiving member overlaps with the fastening portion in a penetrating direction of the at least one screw insertion hole and is provided in proximity to the fastening portion. The at least one female screw member is provided integrally with or separately from the screw receiving member and is prevented from rotating by the screw receiving member.

Relay

A relay includes a fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a holder, a drive shaft, a contact case, a magnetic field generation member, and an inner member. The drive shaft is connected to the holder on a side close to the first end of the drive shaft. The magnetic field generation member is arranged around the contact case and is configured to generate a magnetic field in which an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact extends in a lateral direction of the movable contact piece. The inner member includes a rotation preventing portion for restricting rotation of the holder around the drive shaft. The rotation preventing portion is arranged so as to contact the holder at a position closer to a second end of the drive shaft than the movable contact piece and closer to the drive shaft than the movable contact.

The contact switching device includes a first terminal, a first contact, a second terminal, and a base. The first contact is attached to the first terminal. The base includes a first attachment portion, a second attachment portion, and a groove portion. The first terminal is attached to the first attachment portion. The second terminal is attached to the second attachment portion. The groove portion is arranged between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion. The groove portion has a shape in which the inside is larger than the entrance.

Contact switching device

A housing includes a first mounting portion having a first through hole penetrating in a first direction and a second mounting portion having a second through hole penetrating in the first direction. The second mounting portion is disposed separately from the first mounting portion to one side in a second direction and is disposed closer to one side in a third direction than the first mounting portion. The first fixed terminal includes a first fastening portion that is exposed outside the housing closer to one side in the third direction than the first mounting portion. The second fixed terminal includes a second fastening portion that is exposed outside the housing closer to an opposite side in the third direction than the second mounting portion and that is disposed closer to the opposite side in the third direction than the first fastening portion.

A contact mechanism includes: a movable touch piece that includes a caulking portion, a pair of arms forked from the caulking portion and respectively having free ends, first and second movable contacts provided at the respective free ends of the pair of arms, and a coupler configured to couple the free ends of the pair of arms; and first and second fixed contacts disposed respectively facing the first and second movable contacts contactably to or separably from the first and second movable contacts.

Contact mechanism and an electromagnetic relay provided therewith

A coil terminal includes: first to third terminal portions configured to supply a current to a coil; a coupler configured to couple these first to third terminal portions; and connectors provided in the coupler and connected with a lead wire of the coil. The coupler is formed by a resistive material, and includes a resistance regulator formed by bending at least part of the coupler.

Coil terminal and electromagnetic relay provided therewith

An electronic-device seal structure includes a base, a case which covers an upper surface of the base and has an opening at a surface thereof, and a pair of terminals attached to the base. A first clearance sealed with a sealing material is provided between the base and the case, and a second clearance is provided between the pair of terminals attached to an end surface of the base to face each other.

A contact switch structure has a touch piece, a movable contact disposed on the touch piece, a fixed contact disposed opposite the movable contact, and a guide unit that is provided in a side region with respect to an operating range of the movable touch piece to control an air flow. It is intended to provide an electromagnetic relay which resolves problems of large base size and difference in spring constant. In a facing gap defined between a pair of electromagnet units disposed on a base in parallel to each other and with shaft lines being oriented to an identical direction, a pair of moving contact springs overlaid along a vertical direction on the base and an A-fixed terminal unit and a B-fixed terminal unit provided with a plurality of contacts to which contacts of the moving contact springs selectively contact depending on excitation/non-excitation states of the electromagnetic units are housed. At least one of component parts of the respective electromagnetic units are included in electromagnetic connection passages between the moving contact springs and C-terminals.

Electromagnetic relay

A contact construction and switching device for DC loads that can be repeatedly used while minimizing problems such as cut-off failure, locking and deposition due to an abnormal continuation of an arc between the contacts, burning and destruction of the contacts, and an increase in contact resistance has a construction that includes a stationary contact and a movable contact that are opposite to each other, and a magnetic unit which applies a magnetic field orthogonal to the moving direction of the movable contact. In the contact construction, the anode-side contact is made of an AgSnO-based alloy which contains at least Ag and SnO, and the cathode-side contact is made of one of an AgNi-based alloy which contains at least Ag and Ni and an AgCuO-based alloy which contains Ag and CuO. The switching device has the above-mentioned contact construction.

Contact construction for DC loads and switching device having the contact construction

A small-sized electromagnetic relay which can afford high current and dissipate generated heat efficiently is disclosed. A plate section for coupling to one side of a yoke is formed on a movable contact terminal . Countersunk rivet features at three or more positions which are not aligned on a line on the plate section couple the movable contact terminal to the yoke . A base end of a movable contact spring is coupled to the surface of the plate section opposite to the yoke to support the movable contact spring . In the countersunk rivet feature, each protrusion formed on the yoke is inserted into the corresponding countersunk hole formed on the plate section , respectively, and the tops of the protrusions are crushed to expand its diameter so as to sandwich the plate section against the yoke

Fixed terminals and are mounted by being engaged with the flanges of the spools of electromagnetic blocks 1 and 31 by use of a press fitting or another method, by which the flanges are joined in parallel to each other so as to join the electromagnetic blocks and to each other. This arrangement allows the provision of a twin type electromagnetic relay in which two electromagnetic blocks are joined in parallel to each other, the relay has a reduced number of components and a simple structure in which the electromagnetic blocks and the fixed terminals are stably joined to each other with high accuracy.

Electromagnetic reply

An electromagnetic relay has low heat transmission from the electromagnetic block to the contacts and a conductive circuit would have low electrical resistance. In the relay, a movable contact terminal is caulked to a yoke with a flat protruding segment between them to act as a spacer to reduce the heat transmission. The relay may also have a movable contact terminal and a movable hinged spring fixed to the yoke of the electromagnetic block. The hinged spring may then be directly electrically connected to the movable contact terminal which is fixed to the yoke to lower the electrical resistance.
